Anaerobic biological treatment technology has been widely applied in high concentration organic papermaking wastewater treatment.However,when treat the regenerated papermaking wastewater,due to the complexity of wastepaper and the high concentration of Ca2+,the stability of the whole anaerobic system was broken repeatedly,even causes the sludge sludge calcification.To solve the problem above,the microbial community of granular sludge in different papermaking wastewater was compared by high-throughput sequencing.The effects of Ca2+ concentration on the:flora structure of granular sludge of anaerobic plant fiber were investigated and analyzed.The anaerobic digestion of wastepaper and its effect on anaerobic granular sludge,the main conclusions were as follows:(1)Microorganisms of anaerobic granular sludge which treat different sources of wastewater were abundant,and the main bacterial at the phylum level were:Bactericides,Proteobacteria,Firmicutes and Chloroflexi.(2)The Ca2+ at lower concentration(?120 mg·L-1)could increase the biogas production rate and biogas production efficiency of anaerobic fermentation.Excessive concentration(?400 mg·L-1)of Ca2+ could lead to the decrease of biogas production rate and biogas production efficiency of anaerobic fermentation.When the Ca2+ concentration was higher than 40 mg·L-1,the important bacteria in the anaerobic fermentation process would be reduced sharply.Anaerolineaceae,which provide organic acids(such as acetic acid)to other microorganisms(methanogens)was drastically reduced when the Ca2+ concentration increase to 200 mg·L-1.(3)Under the same conditions,OCC(Old Corrugated Container)and ONP(Old NewsPaper)anaerobic digestion to produce gas at a faster rate,higher biogas production rate,more degradation thoroughly than MOW(Mixed Office Waste)and OMG(Old MaGazines).The degree of enrichment of the microbes of anaerobic granular sludge treated with four kinds of waste paper was from the order of MOW>ONP>OCC>OMG.In general,the largest difference between was that Anaerolineacea,Spirochaetaceae and Ruminococcaceae.And the relative abundance of Ruminococcaceae increased with the increase of Ca2+ concentration or the change of substrate.
