In recent years,with the increase in demand for phenol,led to the rapid development of the phenol industry,but the problem of phenol acetone wastewater treatment had become increasingly significant.It was high salinity and non-degradable organic wastewater,which was difficult to treat with traditional process.To completely solve the pollution of hypersaline organic wastewater,not only to degradation of organic matter,wastewater and inorganic salts of the separation of waste water.Electrodialysis technology as one of the membrane separation technology,which had the separation of organic and inorganic salt in the wastewater.Its advantages was simple operation and no secondary pollution.The electrodialysis-biochemical process on actual phenol acetone wastewater treatment effect and influence factors.The effects of voltage,flow,initial concentration,ion exchange membrane and electrode on desalting rate were studied in eelectrodialysis.The effects of voltage,flow,initial concentration,pH,pressure,concentration dialysis,initial concentration and ion exchange membrane on the migration of origanic matter were analyzed.Explored the phenol acetone desalination sewage sludge domestication,iron carbon sludge domesticated,sponge iron packing sludge domesticated to study the effect of the biochemical process.After phenol acetone wastewater,Domesticateing microbes desalting of phenol acetone wastewater with directly,padding and iron carbon micro electrolysis caused poisoning,studied the effluent of biological domestication.Phenol acetone wastewater treatment with electrodialysis,which salt content could fall below 8 g/L.The correlation analyzed on the influencing factors and electrodialysis desalination rate by using SPASS18.0 software.Among the factor of electrodialysis,voltage,initial concentration and ion exchange membrane had great influence on the desalting rate,electrode and flow had little effect on the rate of desalination.Influence electrodialysis desalination rate was follows: voltage >initial concentration > ion exchange membrane > flow.When voltage was 17 V,initial concentration was 20 g/L Na2SO4,ion exchange membrane was homogeneous,was the optimal condition of electrodialysis desalination.When process of electrodialysis desalination,under the effect of electric field,pressure and concentration,organic include of ionized,organic matter through ion exchange membrane,which increased organic matter concentration of electrodialysis concentrated wasterwater.This process increasd the difficulty treatment wastewater,so reduced organic through ion exchange membrane on electrodialysis process.The experimental results showed that the electric field force is the main driving force of ion exchange membrane organic matter migration.Voltage,flow,three-dimensional electrolysis pretreatment had little impact on the experimental results.(1)Organic matter was restrained under acid condition.The migration organic matter of PH 8 was 2.0 times that of the pH 2.(2)Homogeneous membrane pore size is uniform,The migration organic matter of Homogeneous membrane was 1.54 times that of the heterogeneous membrane.(3)The concentration difference as driving force in no electric field,The migration phenol matter of concentration difference 120 mg/L was 1.6 times that of concentration difference 60 mg/L,and 2 times that of concentration difference 0 mg/L.(4)Increased from 5 g/L Na2SO4 to 20 g/L Na2SO4 of initial concentration,organic matter migration decreased 1.52 times.(5)The bigger differential pressure,the smaller desalination rate,the smaller migration organic matter.SPASS18.0 software was used to analyze the influence factors and migration organic matter.Lower order for migration organic matter: pressure > pH > initial concentration > difference deserves to salt chamber concentration > voltage > flow.Factors of voltage,initial concentration,flow,pressure,concentration of ion exchange membrane,desalination room all had an impact on energy consumption of electrodialysis desalination.(1)The higher the voltage,the greater the energy consumption.The energy consumption of 8V was 3.6 times that of 17 V.(2)Initial concentration is higher,the lower the energy consumption.The energy consumption of 20 g/L Na2SO4 initial concentration was 3.6 times that of 5 g/L Na2SO4.(3)When initial concentration was 20 g/L Na2SO4 and desalting concentration was 35 g/L Na2SO4,energy consumption was lowest.(4)The bigger pressure difference,the greate energy consumption.(5)Alkaline was less than the acid condition in energy consumption.(6)Homogeneous membrane resistance under heterogeneous membrane,so energy consumption was less than heterogeneous membrane.(7)Minimum energy consumption in the water flow was 17 L/h.Phenol acetone desalination directly sludge domesticated,iron carbon sludge domesticated,filler sludge domesticated research on the effects of biochemical process together.Domesticateing microbes desalting of phenol acetone wastewater with directly,padding,biochemical effluent COD was not stable,for B/C was 0.19 of desalination wastewater and poor biochemical.But the desalting of the waste water by V(iron): V(activated carbon)was 2:1,water pH was 3,the reaction time was 2h,with treatment of iron carbon micro electrolysis,B/C increased to 0.31.The biochemical treatment effluent COD was about 130 mg/L,and combined treatment method of the total removal rate of COD reached to 96.7%.
