ABS resin production process to produce a large number of high concentrations of organic wastewater,which contains acrylonitrile,styrene,butadiene polymer,ABS emulsion,rosin soap,dodecyl mercaptan,ethylbenzene and other unreacted organic monomer,Belonging to the typically high N,P,high organic matter,high latex wastewater.Northeast a chemical of company plant ABS resin wastewater,after the pre-treatment by the coagulation process directly into the chemical wastewater treatment plant for processing,but due to the special nature of ABS resin wastewater,the sewage treatment plant emissions caused a certain threat,For this purpose,the ABS resin wastewater is to be treated separately.The research content of this paper is part of the key technology and equipment for the whole process control of toxic organic matter in Songhua River petrochemical industry,which is a major project of national water pollution control and management science and technology.Based on a large number of on-site research and preliminary experiments on the coagulation and flotation-A/O process,the water quality characteristics of the effluent from the bioreactor of ABS resin wastewater were investigated.The coagulation and sedimentation process was studied.The feasibility of discharge standards,optimize the reaction conditions,the initial construction of the ABS resin wastewater treatment process.And on the basis of this,the field test of ABS resin production wastewater was carried out by coagulation air floatation-A/O-coagulation sedimentation process.The main conclusions as follows:(1)Coagulation agent and coagulant screening results show that the use of ferric chloride as coagulant,cationic polyacrylamide as coagulant on the coagulation air floatation-A/O process effluent treatment of the best,And the optimum dosage was ferric chloride 200mg/L,cationic polyacrylamide was 5mg/L,the optimum conditions were mixed for 1min,flocculation and stirring for 15 min,and the precipitation time was 30 min.Under the optimized conditions,the TP and COD of coagulation sedimentation effluent can be stabilized to the "discharge limit of synthetic resin industrial pollutants",and the special discharge limit can be stabilized after further filtering treatment.(2)The molecular weight distribution,three-dimensional fluorescence spectra,infrared spectra and UV spectra of the coagulation and sedimentation process showed that the contribution rate of TOC in the effluent of A/O process and the molecular weight of the molecular weight of more than 100 k Da was 39.45% The TOC contribution of macromolecules and after suspended sedimentation and organic matter with molecular weight of more than 100 kDa is reduced to 20%.After coagulation and sedimentation,the protein in the effluent was reduced by 19%.The operation cost for the advanced treatment was about one RMB yuan.(3)The removal rate of COD,TP,TN and ammonia nitrogen in A/O units was 92.16%,42.92%,90.9% and 76.13% respectively under the conditions of hydraulic retention time of 48 h and nitrification rate of 500% The The characteristic pollutants in the influent are substantially completely removed in the A/O unit.The COD removal rate of COD and TP can reach 35.26% and 97.32% respectively.The effluent COD and TP are 50.36mg/L and 0.126mg/L,respectively.The effluent can reach about 50mg/L.(4)The results showed that TN,TP,SS and ammonia nitrogen in effluent were 9.648mg/L,24.77mg/L,7.03mg/L,3.24mg/L,respectively,after treatment with coagulation and flotation + A/O + coagulation sedimentation.L,the removal rates were 90.6%,99.4%,98.3% and 81.63% respectively,all of which could meet the special emission limits in the "synthetic resin industrial pollutant discharge standards"(GB31572-2015).COD removal rate of 96.2%,effluent COD is 51.44mg/L,It can meet the "synthetic resin industrial pollutant discharge standards"(GB31572-2015)COD 60mg/L emissions requirements.This study provides technical support for the actual treatment of ABS resin wastewater.
