The environment pollution has been a difficult problem of human survival,which including water pollution,especially organic water pollution problems in food processing plants,paper mills and dye factory and so on,and the traditional photocatalyst TiO2 only using about 5% ultraviolet light of the Sun.In recent years,the new photocatalyst Bi2WO6 has been paid more attention because of its good physical properties and good photocatalytic properties under visible light.The traditional preparation method of Bi2WO6 is mainly used for coating and powder state of photocatalytic degradation,the main problem is the state to powder will have hard to recover,secondary pollution problems;as the coating will have easy shedding and short service life etc..In this paper,B2O3-Bi2O3-WO3 and Li2B4O7-Bi2WO6 were used as raw materials to prepare the mother glass by melting method,and then the Bi2WO6 glass was precipitated by the heat treatment at a certain temperature.The main study of the system of glass forming range,glass physical and optical properties of Bi2WO6 glass ceramics,preparation conditions,physical and optical properties of Bi2WO6 glass ceramics,glass ceramics of different components of Bi2WO6 photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange and the effects of composition of 65B2O3-30Bi2O3-5WO3 glass ceramics under different pH values,the effect of photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange 80Li2B4O7-20Bi2WO6 glass at a certain temperature for different holding time under the effect of photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange.B2O3-Bi2O3-WO3 and Li2B4O7-Bi2WO6 were used as raw materials to prepare the mother glass by melting method,and then the Bi2WO6 glass was precipitated by the heat treatment at a certain temperature.The heat treatment temperature were 525 degrees and 500 degrees,the holding time of 2H to prepare Bi2WO6 transparent glass ceramics;with the changes between B2O3 and Bi2O3 molar ratio,the grain growth by?200?,?060?and?002?crystal face?131?crystal growth,the 65B2O3-30Bi2O3-5WO3 of Bi2WO6 crystal most.The best and the photocatalytic effect,showed that the content of Bi2WO6 crystal has a great influence on the photocatalytic properties;the more Bi2WO6 in Li2B4O7-Bi2WO6 system,the?131?diffraction peak is stronger,the more the amount of crystallization,the 80Li2B4O7-20Bi2WO6 photocatalytic effect best,proving once again that the content of Bi2WO6 crystal has a great influence on the photocatalytic performance.In order to further improve the photocatalytic,performance of the component80Li2B4O7-20Bi2WO6 glass,XRD characterization and photocatalytic performance in heat treatment of 4h and 6h at 500?,after the results show that with the increase of heat treatment time,?131?diffraction peaks become stronger,better photocatalytic effect.
