In recent years, with our country pay more attention to safety in production gradually, our country coal mine safety situation has improved,but the security situation is still grim.China's coal production accounted for about 35% of the world, the accident death toll is almost 80%,the death rate per million ton is 100 times of American and 30 times of South Africa.In order to fundamentally solve this problem, the development and promotion of explosion suppression device witch used for mining is very necessary. The active explosion suppression device mainly includes the flame detector, controller and rapid injection device ,among them the flame detector becomes a very important role, its performance determines the overall performance of the explosion suppression device.This topic studies the gas explosion suppression high-speed infrared diction system according to the requirements of the national standard GB/T18154-2000 and GB/3836-2000.Firstly,this topic introduces the principle of flame detector and chooses the monitoring band of infrared flame detector through analyzing the characteristics of the flame radiation spectrum of hydrocarbon compounds. On the basis of this,did a in-depth research on background radiation interference light containing the solar radiation spectrum, artificial heat radiation spectrum, artificial light radiation to the measurement which influences flame detection, discussed the attenuation effect of the infrared radiation on air molecules, aerosol and meteorological conditions during the atmosphere transmission, gave the calculation method of infrared detector response output .Then,did a whole design for the flame detection system, which includes the design of infrared optical system, the design of power supply module, the design of signal processing circuit, the design of alarm information display and the analyzing of the performance of the circuit and so on.Finally, the performance of the infrared flame detector was tested, such as response time and detection range, anti-interference ability, etc. After the experimental test ,the flame detector we designed mainly reached the goal of our design in advance, and we proposed the solution to enhance the overall system performance according to the test result.
