Ionic liquid?IL?-mediated gas absorbtion has drawn much attention due to their unique properties,such as tuanable structures and highly selective recognition property.The development of IL-based porous materials have many advantages such as sharply reduction of influence of high viscosity of IL and expanding application field of IL.To date,however,most IL-based porous materials have low surface area and the cost is expensive.Therefore,we synthesized IL-based hypercrosslinked polymers?HCPs?using Friedel-Crafts reaction.The amount of IL,porosity properties and gas adsorption has been studied in order to promote the progress of the synthesizing of novel IL-based porous materials.The main contents are list as follows:In this dissertation,IL-based porous HCPs have been synthesized by using two different methods.Method one is using methylal as crosslinker with assistant of rigid aromatic hydrocarbon.Method two is using aromatic hydrocarbon containing halogens as crosslinker.The influence of technical parameters has been studied systematically.It was found that the IL-based porous HCPs can be successfully synthesized by using each of the two methods.HP-[BzMim][Cl]-PhH was systhesized by method one.Its IL content and surface area was 10.51 wt%and 258 m2/g,respectively.On the other hand,IL-based porous HCPs can also be synthesized by method two.These materials have higher IL amount and surface area than that synthesized by using method one.IL with aromatic ring in anion is more favourable for hypercrosslinking than that with aromatic ring in cation.For instance,the amount of IL of HP-[P4442][Ba]-DCX is 55.51 wt%.It's surface area and micro surface area reach up to 913.80 and 488 m2/g,respectively.For method two,The IL amount of polymer increased with increase the dosage of IL or decrease the amount of catalyst in the process of synthesizing.C2H2 and C2H4 single-component gas sorption isotherms were measured on IL-based HCPs.Ideal Absorbed Solution Theory?IAST?was used to study the C2H2 and C2H4 selectivity of IL-based HCPs.The C2H2 adsorption amount of IL-based HCPs were higher than that of common HCPs.Specially,the C2H2 adsorption amount of HP-[BzMim][Cl]-DCX reach up to 2.40 mmol/g.1 bar,298 K,the C2H2/C2H4?1/99?selectivity of HP-[BPy][CBa]-DCX and HP-[BzMim][Cl]-DCX was 7.56 and 5.98,respectively,which is higher than that of NOTT-300?2.15?,FeMOF-34?2.08?and HP-DCX?2.81?.The CO2 adsorption in IL-based-HCPs was studied,the influence of several factors,e.g.,the amount of IL,the type of crosslinker on the CO2 adsorption capacity of IL-based HCPs were also systematically studied.The CO2 uptake amount of HP-[P4442][Ba]-DCX was 1.80 mmol/g which is high than that of HP-DCX?1.25 mmol/g?at 1 bar and 298 K.The CO2 uptake amount of HCPs increased with increase the usage amount of IL in the synthesizing process.Specially,with the mole ratio of IL:crosslinker:catalyst=1:1:2,the polymer is non-porous which can capture 0.71 mmol CO2/g.This capacity exceeded most reported other IL-based-porous materials,e.g.P?CMVIM-OAC?and P?VECImBr?.,In this dissertation,high efficient separation of SO2 with high capacity were realized by using IL-based HCPs.SO2 adsorption isotherms was studied on IL-based HCPs.Results showed that IL-based HCPs with different crosslinkers had high SO2 uptake amount.HP-[BzMim][Cl]absorbed as high as 188 and 430 mg/g SO2 at 0.1 and 1 bar,respectively.The excellent SO2/CO2?2000 ppm?and SO2/N2?2000 ppm?gas mixture separation performance of IL-based HCPs were examined by the experimental breakthrough studies.When the gas velocity of SO2/CO2 mixture was 8.47 ml/min,the penetration time of CO2 and SO2 in column containing HP-[BzMim][Cl]-DCX??4.6×50mm,0.3535g?was 5 min and 570 min,respectively.The treat amount of SO2/CO2 and SO2/N2 gas mixture reach up to 13.66 and 16.55 L/g,respectively.The recycle test confirmed the excellent stability of IL-based-HCPs.
