Nitrogen oxide is an important factor of air pollution.In order to control the emission of nitrogen oxides,it is necessary to reform the coal combustion boiler denitration transformation.Because some boilers do not have enough room for improvement,high denitration efficiency and the cost of investment is limited,the denitration process should be combined.Through the comparison of several denitrification processes,the small and medium boiler is suitable for Low nitrogen combustion +selective non-catalytic reduction denitration process.This paper discussed the current situation of NOx production and the domestic and foreign status of denitration technology,taking the 130t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler low nitrogen combustion and selective non-catalytic reduction denitration process of Zhejiang Huajia Thermoelectric Group Co.Ltd.as an example to describes the modification process of low nitrogen combustion.By low temperature combustion and staged combustion process,the emission concentration of NOx decreased to below 200mg/Nm3 after low nitrogen combustion.Meanwhile,optimize process of SNCR denitration and the system composition.The effects of various factors,such as temperature,boiler load and ammonia nitrogen,on the denitrification efficiency and the economic feasibility of combined denitrification process were analyzed.After low nitrogen combustion and selective non-catalytic reduction combined denitrification process,NOx concentration can be controlled at below 100 mg/Nm3,ammonia escape concentration less than 8 mg/Nm3,and do not need to change the space.In the suitable position of the inlet of the cyclone separator,the spray gun is sprayed into a certain amount of ammonia solution,and the investment cost and operation cost are low.Denitrification modification for medium and small boilers.The application research based on Huajia boiler denitration,clear low NOx combustion transformation can be highly unified between efficient combustion and low nitrogen,the optimum denitration process conditions,according to the simulation of ammonia spray into the clear point of flow on denitration control system optimization,and further improve the denitration efficiency,reduce operating costs.This paper provides design and theoretical basis of denitrification for small-medium-sized boilers and industrial boilers.
