In this paper,polyamidoamine(PAMAM)dendrimer,owning to its unique nano cavity and highly divergent structure,was used as a template to synthesis high conductivity nanotree polyaniline(PANI)via chemical oxidation polymerization method.Then the obtanied nanotree PANI was acted as the electrode active material for preparing supercapacitor electrode.Firstly,nanotree PANI was successfully synthetized by using PAMAM-G4.0 as a template.The effects of synthesis process parameters(such as material ratio,type and concentration of the oxidant)on conductivity and yield of nanotree PANI were systematically studied.The results show that the nanotree PANI is composed of nanorods(diameter?25 nm,length?90 nm)and its conductivity is 7.5 S/cm,which is improved by 127%compared with the pure PANI(3.3 S/cm).The specific capacitance of supercapacitor electrode prepare by nanotree PANI which was used as the electrode active material is as high as 812 F/g at the current density of 1 A/g,and the specific capacitance retention is 69%after 1000 times cycles of galvanostatic charge-discharge,as compared to pure PANI electrode(369 F/g,26%)were increased by 120%and 165%.Secondly,with ethylenediamine,methyl acrylic acid and methanol as raw materials,kinds of different generation of PAMAM dendrimers were synthesized via divergent method.Their structure and composition were investigated by FTIR,elemental analysis.The influences of synthesis process parameters(such as material ratio,reaction temperature)on yield of PAMAM dendrimer were comprehensively examined.Finally,with the self-made PAMAM dendrimer as a template,high conductivity and excellent electrochemical performance of nano PANI was synthesized by chemical oxidation polymerization.The obtained nano PANI is self-assembly by nanorods(length?120 nm,diameter?40 nm).Its electrical conductivity is 7.3 S/cm.At the current density of 1 A/g,the specific capacitance of the supercapacitor electrode is as high as 792 F/g when synthesized by nano PANI,which was used as the electrode active material,and the specific capacitance retention is 65%after the 1000 galvanostatic charge-discharge.
