Assessment Of Social Ecosystem Vulnerability In Red River Basin Of Guangxi

Vulnerability is an important hot topic in the international society and academia.Karst mountainous area in Southwest China is one of the most fragile complex ecosystems in China and even in the world.Guangxi Red River Basin is located in the region,and its population,environment,resources and social contradictions are very prominent.Research on the vulnerability of Guangxi Society-Red River basin ecosystem,contribute to the scientific understanding of the Regional Red River Basin vulnerability essence and mechanism,which can provide a scientific basis and decision support for the regional sustainable development,has important theoretical significance and application valueThis study combined with geology,comprehensive physical geography,mountain system science and sustainable development theory and other related knowledge,the fragile ecosystem theory,the basic theory and basic theory of man land relationship as a guide to 3S technology as auxiliary means in the field investigation on the basis of analysis of the main characteristics of the study area,the natural economy and social systems and factors,and its impact on regional vulnerability,the establishment of regional social ecological system vulnerability evaluation index system,using the entropy method,the vulnerability analysis and evaluation.According to the evaluation results,the paper puts forward the Countermeasures of regional social ecosystem restoration and maintenance.From the perspective of time and space,this paper analyzes and evaluates the vulnerability of the area in two dimensions.According to the evaluation results,the paper puts forward the Countermeasures of regional social ecosystem restoration and maintenance.Through the research,the following main conclusions and conclusions are obtained:(1)Guangxi Red River Basin is a typical mountainous area of Karst,Guangxi is also a geographical unit of social ecological system is unique,the natural resources of the regional mineral resources,tourism and agriculture,biological climate is very rich,but the social ecological system is extremely fragile,social economic and cultural development is backward,Guangxi is a typical poor area.The sustainable development of resources,environment,economy and society is very important to the economic and social development of Guangxi and the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way.(2)research on the regional social ecological system vulnerability factor analysis showed that the area of carbonate rocks are well developed,widely distributed in Karst,the terrain peak cluster depression is relatively developed,undulating terrain,hydrological system with ground two yuan special structure characteristics,the natural background is fragile;late superposition of strong interference the human economic and social activities,the study area of heightened vulnerability.Because of the uneven distribution of natural factors and human factors,the vulnerability of the study area is characterized by strong regional differentiation..(3)considering the ecological system and the factors of regional social characteristics,to construct the social system of natural system,economic Guangxi Red River Basin area of social ecological system evaluation index system of rule layer a total of 14 evaluation indexes;using the method of entropy from time and space of two dimensional angle of social vulnerability research area the ecological system of quantitative evaluation based on the evaluation results of regional vulnerability into extremely fragile(I),(II)and moderate severe fragile fragile(III),(IV)micro mild vulnerability vulnerability(V)5 grade type.(4)the evaluation results show that the space of the study area,the most vulnerable central region,to the southeast and northwest ends of general gradually become weak;time,2000~2015 years of research area domain vulnerability evaluation value overall downward trend,the 2000~2005 value of comprehensive evaluation showed a slight increase,2010~2015 gradually decreased.(5)the society-the Red River Basin of Guangxi's ecosystem restoration and maintenance,to develop the research of regional policy and mechanism of weak governance,strengthening ecological construction and environmental protection,the development of a variety of business,strengthening infrastructure construction,investment,the introduction of talent,the establishment of social ecological system monitoring and management,according to the the level of vulnerability type area characteristic,take targeted measures.(I)the core type of fragile region is to optimize the industrial structure and layout;(II)the type of severe fragile area should focus on the development of ecological agriculture,rural economic and social development,to restore and maintain the natural balance of the system;(III)the type of moderately vulnerable area should give priority to the protection and improvement of cultivated land,realize the sustainable development of agricultural ecological system mild weak;(IV)regions should focus on promoting reforestation,gradually improve vegetation coverage,increase environmental capacity and weak stability;(V)type area is the key to control the population,improve population quality,adapt to the implementation of the development of population and economic development,resource carrying capacity.
