Nano-intelligent drugs have indelible importance in the field of cancer treatment.Among the various nano-intelligent drugs for the treatment of cancer,selection of drug carriers and targeting property are two of the hottest major research topics.Layer-by-layer microcapsules and nano-mesoporous silica drug delivery system received significant attention as drug carriers.For targeting of cancer,at the present stage,there are two main menthods: the enhanced permeation and retention effect(also callled "passive target")and active targets such as grafted antibodies,peptides and aptamers.In this paper,an intelligent drug delivery system based on nanosized mesoporous silica nanoparticles is designed and constructed.The desired drug delivery system aims to kill the tumor cells.Firstly,we referred the research progress of the intelligent drug system based on mesoporous silica and their application fields as well as some methods of improving their stability.Then,the magnetic nano mesoporous silica nanoparticle is designed and the size and magnetic properties are opotimized to meet the requirement of the subsequent modified carrier.Afterwards,water-soluble nano-magnetic mesoporous silica prepared via sol-gel method and solvent method was constructed.Then cationic polymer(PEI)grafted with galactose(Galactose)is linked to the nanoparticlee through host-guest interaction between azobenzene(Azo)and ?-CD,acting as a targeted role and improving the efficacy of drug delivery and potential gene tranfection.The nanomagnetic mesoporous silica intelligent drug system has good magnetic responsiveness and can release anticancer drugs upon UV stimuli.The in vitro study showed that the nano-mesoporous silica carrier has good biocompatibility,and stable in serun,suggesting that the carrier has a good potention for in vivo application.The DOX loaded carrier can promote the apoptosis of tumor cells.
