Exploratory Research On Development Of National Drug Rapid Test Near Infrared Database Network Platform

Drug rapid test technology is a screening method for preliminary judgment of drug quality.The field screening of market drugs by rapid test on the mobile laboratories have achieved some accomplishment in recent years.The rapidness and non-destructivity of near infrared spectroscopy play an important role in our rapid drug tests work.The standalone version of near infrared drug rapid test system in mobile lab has been unable to meet the needs of current requirements.The establishment of national drug rapid test near infrared database network platform based on C/S structure can truly achieve real time information sharing,to promote drug rapid test to work quickly,accurately and efficiently.The establishment of near infrared model is core of drug rapid test near infrared database network platform.The quality of spectra involved in modeling and the selection of modeling methods are two important factors that will determine the reliability and stability of near infrared models.The consistency of spectra collected by different near infrared spectrometers was studied and found that there was almost no difference.The requirements of methods and conditions for the standardized acquisition of near infrared spectra were researched in order to improve the quality of near infrared spectra collecting by different operators.The innovative design and development of unified measurement accessories can further reduce the error in the collection of near infrared spectra by improper operation.The investigation of modeling methods was carried out and found that existing correlation coefficient model and consistency test model can identify different varieties of drugs but the identification of same drug from different manufacturers or in different formulations is not ideal.This article also studied other chemometrics models besides the previous two models,such as the principal component analysis(PCA)models.
