The information mining of water quality monitoring data in Huangshui River Basin is significant to realize status,classify and apply of water quality and comprehensive control of pollution of water.The information impressed by water quality monitoring data of HuangShui River was shown vividly and straightly via graph form of visualization means.Here,the current research status of water quality monitoring data models and visualization were reviewed both domestic and foreigner.According to the hydrology data and environmental characteristics of Huangshui River Basin in the dry season,52 monitoring points,18 water quality monitoring indicators of Huangshui River Basin were selected in Xining province.Then,18 indicators of 52 samples were measured as the result of data array with 52 lines,18 columns([B ]52 *18).The main research contents are as follows:1.Optimization distribution of sampling points,concentrated sampling and samples analysis.According to the water function division of Xining Huangshui River Basin,the characteristics of the surroundings and the basin.52 monitoring points were laid,including the main River in Xining City,Gan River Industrial Park,Haihu New Area,Beichuan River,Nanchuan River and Shatangchuan River.In 2015 November,water samples were collected.Then 18 indicators of 52 samples in total,such as pH,conductivity,turbidity,fluoride,total salt,COD,BOD,ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,Cr6+,Ca,Fe,Cu,Zn,Mg,K and Na were detected with reference to national standards or environmental standards.2.Comprehensive evaluation model of water quality.With help of chemometric methods like Principal Component Analysis,Factor Analysis and Cluster Analysis,9 integrated pollution factors in Xining Huangshui River Basin were obtained.water quality results of monitoring points were classified by Analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Applicability of Facter Analysis model showed that the monitoring data are not suitable for factor analysis,which also reflected poor correlation of indicators.Then,4 indicators were selected to establish the Regression Weighted Superposition comprehensive evaluation model.Combined with the single index evaluation method,water quality of Xining River Basin was evaluatedcomprehensively.3.The visualization research of the comprehensive evaluation.With the help of monitoring points at the Global River Net layer,The ArcMAP module of ArcGIS software were used to visualize the result of Regression Weighted Superposition comprehensive evaluation and location of monitoring points.Application of Huangshui River net map,the relative position of the sampling points in the Huangshui River were indicated.The comprehensive evaluation results were showed on Google map.With colors of five classified security warning and different shapes,the classification of monitoring points were demonstrated visually.The paper based on the comprehensive evaluation of water quality Huangshui River Basin in Xining as the research background,via the points distribution,sampling,testing and data processing,the Weighted Superposition Regression comprehensive evaluation model was established.A new idea for comprehensive evaluation of the Huangshui River was provided.Using the Global River Net layer,the monitoring points and the results of Weighted Superposition Regression model were shown visually.Color of five Warning classification,vividly showed the water quality classification of monitoring points.Its provides visualization information technology of water quality for the comprehensive treatment of the Huangshui River pollution.
