The co-pyrolysis process of coal and biomass can both effectively utilize biomass resources and relieve environmental pollution problems caused by straw direct combustion.In this paper,the mixtures composed with different proportions of HSW in Ningdong miner area and the main crop-corn stalks are the experiment raw materials,The investigation of products distribution were studied under different pyrolysis conditions.And the influence of synergism effect on the co-pyrolysis of coal and biomass were also researched.According to thermogravimetric analysis results,with different ratios of temperature increase(5 ?· min-1,10 ? · min-120 ? · min-130 ? · min-1)the thermal hysteresis phenomena occurred and the temperature corresponding to the maximum weight loss rate moved to high temperature region.A single reaction kinetics model of co-pyrolysis of coal and biomass was established,the average activation energy of pyrolysis process is 3?79 kJ · mol-1.The addition of biomass reduces the activation energy of the third stage and facilitates pyrolysis of coal.In the fixed-bed pyrolysis experiment,The distribution of the products during the co-pyrolysis was investigated.The experimental results show that the coal and biomass co-pyrolysis produces synergistic effect.(1)With the pyrolysis final temperature increase,the more completely volatiles released,the initial pyrolysis temperature gradually shifted to the left side,the tar yield at 600 ?reached the maximum amount 5.92%,and when Wcoal:Wbio= 3:1,the synergistic effect decreased and the maximum tar amount was 16.80%(2)With the pyrolysis final temperature increase,The volume fraction of CH4,C02,C2H6,C2H4 and N2 gradually decreased,and the volume fraction of H2 and CO gradually increased.When Wcoal:WBio = 1:1,the pyrolysis synergistic effect is enhanced,and when WCoal:WBio = 1:3,it showed reversed trend.(3)In the case of inert and H2 atmosphere,The results showed that the pyrolysis yield of tar and gas phase compound were significantly higher than those in the inert atmosphere,while the char yield was significantly decreased.By studying the co-pyrolysis characteristics of coal and biomass,the synergistic effect was certificated,which is mainly demonstrated in the tar and pyrolysis gas yield.Coal and biomass co-pyrolysis,on the one hand,can improve conversion rate of coal,reduce ash content,achieve comprehensive and efficient ultilization of coal and biomass;on the other hand,pyrolysis gas phase compound and coal tar yield increased to accept more high value-added chemical products.
