Slaughterhouse wastewater complex components, high concentrations of organic matter and ammonia, odor,is a tricky high concentration organic wastewater.high concentration of slaughterhouse wastewater usually need pretreatment,Significantly reduce load and improve wastewater characteristic,Create favorable conditions for subsequent biological treatment or other processing technique,The main topic is the combination of slaughterhouse wastewater characteristics, the magnetic field effect catalytic potassium permanganate pre-oxidation treatment and slaughter conditions of high concentration wastewater pilot study,Provide an effective pretreatment method for strengthening the high concentration wastewater slaughter.Tieling a chicken farm to slaughterhouse wastewater as the research object,in laboratory experiments, field studies catalysis, potassium permanganate pre-oxidation treatment effect slaughter wastewater and process conditions. The study includes:Pre-effect and mechanism of potassium permanganate oxidation of slaughter waste;Magnetic and catalytic mechanism of the effect of pre-oxidation of slaughterhouse wastewater;Collaborative potassium permanganate preoxidation slaughter field effect and mechanism of wastewater;Magnetic field effect on catalytic potassium permanganate slaughterhouse wastewater coagulation characteristics.Experimental study of potassium permanganate preoxidation slaughterhouse wastewater showed,Potassium permanganate preoxidation slaughterhouse waste water,C O D,turbidity removal efficiency significantly, and improve the DO content. When potassium permanganate dosage of 4.5mg/L,45min reaction time when the COD removal efficiency was 26.4%,while the reaction time 135min when turbidity removal was 40.7%,ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus removal in general. The magnetic field is a widely used energy field.Magnetic and atomic electron transfer coexistence,a great influence on chemical reactions.Experimental results show that the magnetic field of the removal of slaughterhouse wastewater COD,turbidity and DO content significantly enhance catalytic ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus removal is not obvious. When the magnetic field strength of 85mT,when reaction time 45min,COD removal rate can reach 51.2%,while the turbidity 95mT 135min magnetic field, the removal rate was 53.9%,significantly better than the removal of potassium permanganate.Field synergy with potassium permanganate help improve the treatment effect,COD,ammonia, turbidity, total phosphorus removal were better than the removal of potassium permanganate and magnetic effects separately.Pretreatment can effectively improve the coagulation properties of high concentration wastewater slaughter.Experimental results show that potassium permanganate preoxidation coagulating sedimentation supernatant turbidity decreased 54.3%,COD decreased 40.2%;Magnetic field supernatant turbidity after coagulation and sedimentation reduced 56.0%,COD decreased by 9.9%;Magnetic and potassium permanganate synergy effect is more obvious, the United coagulation of slaughterhouse wastewater better than potassium permanganate and magnetic fields alone, the supernatant turbidity of raw water than the supernatant after coagulation reduced 68.3%,COD decreased 54.6%.Potassium permanganate pre-oxidation,catalytic oxidation of the magnetic field has a certain slaughter wastewater treatment effect, magnetic field treatment with potassium permanganate better synergy so obvious.Potassium permanganate pre-oxidation,catalytic oxidation of the magnetic field has a certain slaughter wastewater treatment effect, magnetic field treatment with potassium permanganate better synergy so obvious.Pretreatment only able to remove part of the organic matter and suspended solids, while also improving the coagulation performance, create the conditions for subsequent processing.
