Thermal conductivity is indispensable to characterization of physical properties of thermal physical parameters.Thermal conductivity can reflect heating conduction of material,so the research of measurement method of thermal conductivity is very meaningful.In being of testing methods,Direct current longitudinal heat flow method to measure the thermal conductivity has the advantages of accuracy and repeatability,simple operation,but the method to measure thermal conductivity of metal material at high temperature have bigger error,even can not measure.So this research based on a one dimensional heat conduction principle,research the metal samples under the condition of high temperature heating and longitudinal electric heating of heat transfer analysis,build samples under the condition of one dimensional steady state heat conduction equation,using the principle of conservation of energy,two kinds of calculation formula for measuring thermal conductivity of metal are deduced respectively.Three kinds of typical steel types are selected,which are different from the temperature variation trend,such as Q235 A carbon steel,high manganese steel and 3.5nickel steel,were tested experimentally,which can verify the reliability of the formula of the proposed test,expand the direct electric heating measurement temperature range,provide the reference basis for the measurement and application of metal of thermal conductivity at high temperature.
