In recent years,the research of magnetic nanomaterials has become more and more popular.The research on the application of magnetic nanomaterials in the sample pretreatment is also increasing year by year,magnetic solid phase extraction?MSPE?was reported for the first time in 1999.The so-called magnetic solid phase extraction,is the use of magnetic nano materials as adsorbent,the target compound is enriched on the material,with an external magnet separation and then eluted with the eluent before instrumental analysis.Compared with the traditional solid phase extraction,the MPSE technology has the advantages of fast,simple and efficient.In this paper,several kinds of magnetic nanomaterials were prepared as magnetic adsorbents,magnetic solid phase extraction combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry?GC-MS?technology,a new detection method of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons?PAHs?and triazole fungicides in environmental water samples.Concrete research contents are as follows:?1?Magnetic nickel oxide coated ionic liquid?IL-NiCHF@SiO2?was successfully synthesized,and it was used as a magnetic adsorbent and combined with GC-MS technology to extract 7 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in environmental water samples.?2?Fe3O4@SiO2@BminPF6,Fe3O4@SiO2@HminPF6,Fe3O4@SiO2@OminPF6,three different kinds of magnetic nanomaterials were successfully prepared by using Fe3O4@SiO2 as the core and covering with different ionic liquids,respectively,and they were applied in the magnetic solid phase extraction research of 7 triazole fungicides in environmental water samples.The result of condition optimization shows the magnetic adsorbents have good enrichment effect on target compounds.?3?Ionic liquid based magnetic carbon nanotubes?IL-Fe3O4@MWCNTs?were successfully synthesized,and used as magnetic adsorbents.Combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology,a rapid method for the determination of 6 triazole fungicides in environmental water samples was developed.Compared with the same method,this method has the advantages of less adsorbent and short extraction time.
