Recently,enzymatic biosensors intrigued the scientists.With the development of materials science at the beginning of 21 st,enzymatic biosensors make great progres s.Nano-material and conducting polymer improve the behavior of enzymatic biosen sors.Graphene,as a new nano-material with satisfactory conductivity,huge specific s urface area.At the same biological compatibility of GO is suitable to immobilize enzyme,which contribute to enzymatic good performance.There are three biosensors were fabricated in this paper.The main work are described bellow:(1)A novel biosensor was fabricated by immobilizing hemocyanin(HC)into g raphene(RGO)/Poly(ethylene succinate)(PES)nano-composite film,which was used for bisphenol A(BPA)determination.The direct electron transfer(DET)between HC and glassy carbon electrode(GCE)was achieved.SEM,CV,DPV and EIS were used to characterize the RGO/PES/HC nano-composite film.the function of the current response and the concentration of BPA is ip/?A=0.13×C(?M)+0.11(R=0.998,n=11)range from 8.0×10-8 M to 5.5×10-5 M with detection limit 3.4×10-8 M.Especially,the electrochemical biosensor was successfully applied in BPA determinat ion in plastic products.(2)GO and PANI were used to immobilize GAO in situ eleetroPolymerizatio n method for the first time.SEM,CV,DPV and EIS were used to characterize the GO/PAMMA/GAO nano-composite film.Amperometry was used to study the functi on of the current response and the concentration of galactose whose detection limi t was 9.0×10-6 M.(3)Polymethyl methacrylate functionalized graphene oxide was prepared to im mobilize galactose oxide.Promote the electric transmission between enzyme active cent er and electrode surface morphology of biological composite were studied by SEM.el ectrochemical properties of composite materials was studied by CV was used to st udy the electrochemical behavior of RGO/PANI/GAO biosensor in this work.At t he same time,CV was performed in different PBS with various pH and under diff erent scanning speed in the PBS with same pH.Linear equation of current respons e and concentration was researched by i-t.Linear range is from 7.0×10-6 M to 2.4×10-4 M with detect limit 7.0×10-6 M.The biosensor made of RGO/PANI/GAO ha d satistactory stability and repeatability.
