In recently,in order to find new pesticidal lead compounds with high bioactivity,pyrazine and semicarbazide derivatives were widely studied in the pesticide fields.The synthesis process of 3-aminopyrazine-2-carboxylic acid was improved and the pyrazine derivatives were synthesized using 3-aminopyrazine-2-carboxylic acid and substituted phenyl isocyanate.Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR,IR and MS and the biological activities were evaluated.The main works of the research are listed as follows:1.3-Aminopyrazine-2-carboxylic was synthesized by cyclization,nitro-sation,reduction and opened looped reactions from methylcyanacetate and urea.The synthesis process was optimized.2.3-Aminopyrazine-2-formylhydrazine was synthesized by esterification,condensation with hydrazine hydate.Substituted phenyl isocyanates were synthesized from substituted aniline and BTC.Compared with the method of using phosgene and liquid phosgene,the method of using BTC was safe and easy to operate.3.36 New pyrazine semicarbazide derivatives were synthesized from the pyrazine hydrazide and substituted phenyl isocyanate.Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR,IR and MS.4.The biological activities of these compounds were evaluated and the primarily structure-activity relationship was studied.
