The pollution to the environment has great harm to people's health,which caused by pesticides and conventional pesticide formulations(eg,EC)in the production,the process and the using.Water-based,particle,multifunction and safety pesticide formulation have become a green tendency of pesticide development.Efficient,safe and environmental friendly pesticide formulations(eg,FS)have a rapid development.Fipronil can control the maize wireworm,cutwarms and other undergroud pests effectively.Tebuconazole is mainly used to control wheat smut,wheat sheath blight and Sporisorium Reilianum of maize.The undergroud pests and diseases,accompanied during maize germination and early seeding growth,have serious impact on maize production.As for Fipronil and Tebuconazole's unique biological activities,Fipronil·Tebuconazole 5.5%FS was studied in order to prevent the undergroud pests and diseases of maize.1.Fipronil and Tebuconazole can be mixed used and its quality ratio is 10:1 in Fipronil-Tebuconazole 5.5%FS by the laboratory toxicity trial to grubs and the field trial to maize sheath blight.2.The different wetting dispersing agents,film-forming agents,pig-ments and dyes were judged by drop point and trial-and-error method.The formula of Fipronil-Tebuconazole 5.5%FS is:Fipronil 5%,Tebuconazole 0.5%,Soprophor SC 3.5%,Igepal BC/10 1%,Ethylene Glycol 5%,stabilizer 0.3%,organosilicon defoamer 0.1%,film-forming agent ZJ07 4%,magnesium aluminum silicate 1%,Xanthan Gum 0.2%,Pigment Red-1 3%,preservative 0.2%,water to 100%.The product is in line with the technical requirements by mensurating its appearance,active ingredient content,pH,suspensibility,screen analysis,viscosity,film-forming time,evenness of seed coating,expulsion rate of seed coating,heat storage stability and low temperature stability.3.The effect of different grinding time and water was studied on the formulation stability.The results showed that the grinding time and water have a direct relationship of suspended particles' size and size distribution,thus determined the best process for the preparation of Fipronil-Tebuconazole 5.5%FS.4.By the laboratory security trial to maize seedings and the field trial to undergroud pests and Sporisorium Reilianum of maize,the Fipronil·Tebuconazole 5.5%FS under the experimental conditions is safe to maize and no phytotoxicity.and has a certain role in promoting the growth of maize seedings.It can control undergroud pests and Sporisorium Reilianum of maize effectively and yield.To consider the cost and climate conditions,the ratio to the product of Fipronil·Tebuconazole 5.5%FS and the seed is 1:100.It has an effectively control of undergroud pests and Sporisorium Reilianum of maize and an increasing yield.
