Methanol is a kind of basic organic chemical raw material.Many chemicals are produced from methanol.As a kind of clean fuel,methanol can be used with gasoline or used separately instead of gasoline.In addition,methanol has a wide range of applications in many areas.Ethanol is also a kind of basic organic chemical raw material,as one kind of alcohol,ethanol is most widely used.From basic situation of our country,developing coal based methanol and ethanol fuel has the vital significance.In this paper,a series of Cu/Zn/Al slurry catalysts suitable for slurry-bed process were prepared by a complete liquid-phase technology.And slurry catalyst which was prepared by this technology was used in the synthesis of MEOH,ETOH from synthetic gas.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,TPR,NH3-TPD-MS and size analysis,the catalytic activity of catalysts for direct synthesis of MEOH,ETOH from syngas were evaluated in a slurry reactor.The effect of The effect of nitric acid dosage,mixed copper source and the different preparation methods of made catalysts was investigated.The experimental results come to following conclusions:?The catalysts have had smaller Cu0 grain size and high activity with increasing nitric acid dosage.At the same time nitric acid dosage can also change the interaction between elements in the precursors,but exceeding dosage of nitric acid dosage will reduce the activity of the catalyst.?Mixed copper source catalyst,Cl-in the catalysts quickly losses,and make active center Cu+ loss,that lead to deactivation of this series of this catalysts.?Through the characterization,can be deduced in liquid phase method in completely,separate Cu0 can only produce hydrocarbons,and cannot produce methanol so under the action of each other Cu0 and ZnO is the main active species methanol synthesis.? With ammonia drops of preparation of catalyst and will generate ZnAl2O4 spinel,can improve the catalyst and methanol selectivity?The way of Put the surfactant into alcohol solution to prepare catalyst,can get smaller grain size of Cu0,be helpful for the catalyst to disperse,and improve the activity of the catalyst...
