With the increasing world energy consumption,the traditional fossil energy available for using are gradually running out,which greatly hindered the development of the world economy,especially for developing countries such as China,energy issues will become an increasingly prominent in the near future.Looking for new energy is extremely urgent,while oil shale resources has great potential for development with huge reserves,which could completely be a complement to traditional fossil fuels and alternative energy sources,so research on the technology of in-situ oil shale development is of great significance.This article take the development of oil shale in situ steam technology as research background,through oil shale water swelling test,the hydration expansion of the water vapor in the process of the exploitation of the oil shale is studied,also make a comparative study of conduction convection heating and steam under the variation of pore structure of oil shale by Micro-CT technology;At the same time,by means of numerical simulation,the oil shale in-situ steam injection and oil shale in-situ ICP 7 electric heating technology heating efficiency and energy consumption has been comparative studied,and complement reasonable optimization of oil shale in situ technology of steam injection parameters.Here get the following conclusions:(1)The oil shale water swelling water absorption rate is positively correlated with oil shale,the more water in oil shale,the greater the expansion of oil shale,the cracks of oil shale caused by expansion mainly exist between the surface and surface of oil shale layer,and the expansion in vertical direction is bigger than parallel direction of bedding plane.Unit mass expansion of oil shale caused by water contacting has logarithmic functions with time.(2)Compared to conduction heating,steam convection heating are better able to increase the number of internal pore structure of oil shale,pore diameters,promote pore connectivity rates by increasing pore,and increase the permeability of oil shale to enable the convection heating and flow of oil shale pyrolysis and recycling and increase the production of oil and gas resources.(3)The simulation experiment of oil shale in situ steam development technology and oil shale in situ ICP 7 development of electric heating technology show that the transfer efficiency of in-situ steam development technology is higher,and its running time is shorter,so the final energy consumption loss is smaller.(4)Optimization for develop technical parameters of oil shale in situ development technology has been made by using numerical simulation experiments,and get the concludes that,in simulation of 15m oil shale,the reasonable heating length of heating well is 13m.
