In order to research the key influence factors that caused the change of wind speed of leaves gap in different cured stage about the curing process,the wind speed of leaves gap,and study the influence of curing environment on tobacco morphology feature in curing process.And then improve the curing technology,promote the implementation and promotion of the loose blade bulk curing.The leaves gap wind of 8 loci in middle layer were real time monitoring using anemometer in bulk curing process,and the wet bulb temperature and dry bulb temperature were recorded in curing process,then the samples were taken each 4h since beginning curing,next the water content of blade blade and main veins were determined.and the temperature,the relative humidity(RH)and the vapor pressure difference(VPD)of the hot air of different shed times were recorded all the time,and the moisture content of leaves and main veins were measured,then the path analysis of the temperature,the relative humidity(RH),the vapor pressure difference,the moisture content of leaves and main veins with the wind speed of leaves gap were researched about different stage in curing process.The image processing technology was used to get the information of color feature and texture feature,then the color feature and texture feature of tobacco were researched,and the canonical correlation analysis was applied to analysis the curing environment with color feature and texture feature in curing process.1.The results showed that there were four stages about the blade temperature in curing process: preheated warming stage,stably warming stage,slowly warming stage and quickly warming stage.There were different main factors in four stage,The main factors were dry bulb and wind pressure in the preheated warming stage;and the main factors were relative humidity and air pressure in stably warming stage;but the main factors were the dry bulb temperature and relative humidity in slow warming stage,however the main factors were dry bulb temperature and relative humidity next were wind speed and wind pressure in quickly warming stage.The reason of tobacco blade temperature changing were the external environment and internal physiological interaction,so i the blade temperature was controlled to improve the quality of tobacco curing comparison.in loose blade accumulation curing process.2.The winds wind speed of leaves gap and other factors were the upper shed> the middle shed> the lower shed,moreover there were significant difference on three sheds about the wind speed winds wind speed of leaves gap and other factors in the high speed stage of circulating blower working.The moisture content of leaves and VPD had more important direct influence on the leaves gap wind speed in the low speed I stage of circulating blower working,and the direct path coefficient was-0.3826 and 0.3509;The leading factors were the moisture content of main veins and temperature which influence the change of wind speed of leaves gap,and the direct path coefficient was-0.8087 and 0.7423 in the high speed stage of circulating blower working;The leading factor was temperature which influence the change of wind speed of leaves gap,and the direct path coefficient was 0.9220 in the high speed stage of circulating blower working.3.There were four stages about blade temperature in the curing process,which were the stage of preheated warming,the stage of stably warming,the stage of slowly warming and the stage of quickly warming.There were different influencing-factors about the blade temperature in different stages.The main factor was dry blue temperature in the stage of preheated warming,the main influencing-factor were temperature and humidity in the stage of stably warming and the main factor was the humidity in the stage of slowly warming,However in the stage of quickly warming the main factor was temperature.Blade temperature represented a certain condition of the flue-curing during the loose blade intensive curing progress.It was quite essential to researching the material transformation and the quality formation during the curing process,and improving the curing technology of loose blade intensive curing.4.There was a quite different of leaves gap wind among the 8 loci in curing process,of which the wind speed of 6th loci was always at a low level;the change of wind speed ever loci was more complex in different curing stage,however,the tendency of most loci was ascend first and then descend;The wet bulb temperature and moisture content of leaves were the dominant factors causing the change of wind speed of leaves in the stage of yellowing stage.The moisture content of main vein and the dry bulb temperature were the dominant factors causing the change of wind speed of leaves in the Color-setting stage.The moisture content of main vein was the dominant factors causing the change of wind speed of leaves in the Killing-out stage.the influence factors were different that made the wind speed change in different curing stages,so the temperature and humidity of the curing barn could be adjusted and the morphology of tobacco leaves were improved,then the wind speed of leaves gap was controlled in curing process.5.Results showed that: the change of tobacco color feature values showed an upward trend,and the morphology feature of front and back had a similar change regulation;In addition,the tobacco texture energy and relevancy decreased,but texture entropy and moment of inertia increased,and there were more substantial changes at 42-46?.The temperature(x1)had a high degree of correlation with blade color brightness(L*),saturation(C*),color hue angle(h*)and yellow degree value(b*),the relative humidity(x4)had great influence on the change of red degree value(a*).the temperature(x1)and relative humidity(x4)had a great influence on texture energy,texture entropy and texture correlation value,and the wind pressure(x6)had a high relatively with texture inertia.
