After evaluating several synthetic routes,one of them,which chose 5-chloro-indanone as starting material,esterification,oxidation and cyclization as key steps,was finally selected for the synthesis of indoxacarb.After partly optimizing the synthetic route,indoxacarb was successfully synthesized with high content proportion(? 95%)and good yield(45%).Moreover,the synthetic method of S?configurationed indoxacarb with high chiral purity(S/R ? 9:1)was also investigated.The high chiral purity of S-enantiomer can be obtained by recrystallization of its pure S-configurationed precursor,which then underwent several transformtions to afford the final product S-indoxacarb(content proportion ?90%).The following pilot amplification experiments verified the test results and proved the feasibility for industrial production. |
