In textile industry,spindle is an important component,advantage and disadvantage of spindle performance have conclusive influence to the production efficiency and yarn quality.When using it,spindle revolved in high speed,tiny mismachining tolerance or deformation maybe cause intense vibration.Now our country's departmental testing standard of spinning spindle only had single speed,amplitude and consumption.To reflect scientifically performance and condition in service of spindle,testing platform for comprehensive performance of spinning spindles was developed,by analyzing and testing,the problems of spindle and the reasons which affected performance were found out,thereby,to provide scientific base for production design and manufacture.So it's necessary and urgent to research the comprehensive performance evaluation.Main research details of article included:1.The research of comprehensive peformance evaluation of high-speed spinning spindleAccording to the function and performance of spindle,proposed and applied the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),weights of indexes were determined by AHP.By comprehensive evaluation method of spindle performance based on the AHP and the BP neural network,evaluated the comprehensive performance of spindle,judged the advantage and disadvantage of spindle,and obtained the spindle report forms of comprehensive performance evaluation.2.The research the relations among multiple index performanceTested the multiple index performance of spindle,analyzed and summed up the relations among the multiple index performance of spinning spindles,such as:revolving speed and amplitude,revolving speed and noise,revolving speed and tension,etc.when revolved in high speed and constant speed state,tested the amplitude,noise,temperature,tension,power index,and comprised the relational graph of revolving speed-amplitude,revolving speed-noise,revolving speed-temperature,revolving speed-power,revolving speed-tension.3.Tested and verified the reliability of system testing platTested and verified the reliability of system testing plat,checked the correctness of revolving speed testing,analyzed and researched whether the first order natural frequency of spindle which was obtained from tests accorded with the results by model analysis.4.Established the data library of high-speed spinning spindleBy lots of theory and testing researc,established the data library of high-speed spinning spindle,stored index spindle,by experience testing analysis,obtained craft knowledge for the design and manufacture of spindle.
