The exsist of chemical contaminants in food and medicine affect people's daily lives.Considering that these trace contaminants have different physical and chemical properties,and the food usually contain a wide variety of ingredients,the samples need to be pretreated to achieve accurate analysis of the target substance through the removal of various chemical substances in food samples.Among the current sample pretreatment technology,magnetic solid phase extraction is simple and environmentally friendly with high sensitivity and accuracy.It can not only reduce the time of the analysis,but also can raise the efficiency of the separation and enrichment of the analyte.In this paper,synthetic new magnetic materials as adsorbents,combined with fluorescence spectroscopy and gas chromatography were used in the determination of different types of drugs in the biological and food samples.1.The advantages and applications of magnetic solid phase extraction are briefly introduced.The modification and application of magnetic nanomaterials as well as the application of MSPE combined with magnetic nanomaterials in food and biological samples are summarized.2.Polymeric ionic liquid coated Fe3O4 magnetic material was synthesized and used as adsorbent.Afterwards,the MSPE technique was used in the determination of alfuzosin,doxazosin,terazosin and prazosin coupled with fluorescence spectroscopy in the tablets,urine and plasma samples.Compared with other methods,the method established in this paper obtained the better results,including the linear range of the four drugs from 0.5 to 45 ng m L-1,the limit of detection of alfuzosin,doxazosin,terazosin and prazosin were 0.035,0.034,0.027 and 0.028 ng m L-1(n=11),respectively.3.Using the magnetic material synthesized in the paper before as the adsorbent,we developed a method of MSPE combined with fluorescence spectroscopy to extract two ?-blockers drugs including carvedilol and propranolol in human plasma and urine.The experimental results allow low limits of detection and wide linear ranges.The linear range of carvedilol was 0.08-4.8 ng mL-1.The linear range of propranolol was 0.08-6.4 ng m L-1.The LOD for two drugs were 0.024 and 0.030 ng m L-1,respectively.The average recoveries of the two drugs in the sample were from 99.01% to 100.50% and 99.75% to 106.01%,respectively.4.Continue to expand the application of magnetic polymeric ionic liquids as adsorbents in complex sample matrices.In the experiment,the material was acted as an adsorbent to extract papaverine in hot pot sample,followed by gas chromatography.The results showed that the adsorbent had a strong ability to adsorb papaverine under the optimum extraction conditions.The method established for the determination of papaverine got the good analysis results.The linear range was 0.5-20 ?g m L-1.LOD was 0.01 ?g mL-1,spike rate was 93.3%-106.8%.In summary,this method has been shown to have potential and prospects in the development of sample pretreatment.
