The paper focuses on the clean and high-efficient usage of coal.The high oil and high volatile coal of Fukang,Xinjiang is chosen as raw material and it suggests such comprehensive processing planning of high quality coal processing,step by step utilization and coal mine waste resource utilization to solve the environmental pollution made by coal enterprises fundamentally.It will be mass social benefit,environmental benefit and extensive modeling effect in the prevention of environment improvement and pollution in Xinjiang,even the whole country.The key points of the paper are as following:(1)Based on the characteristic of high oil and high volatile coal,it analyzes the basic thought and technologic planning of coal grading,separating and poly generation technology planning and compares the differences of many process technologies of low temperature pyrolysis in coal;(2)Choose the typical coal specimens in Fukang,Xinjiang and carry out a burning test in the circulating fluidized bed pyrolysis device to get the operation characteristics of pyrolysis combustion classification,the productivity and composition characteristics of pyrolysis products(gas,tar)and the influence regulation of the operating temperature of pyrolysis furnace;(3)Based on the physical and chemical properties of pyrolysis gas,it studies the pyrolysis gas purification pretreatment,technology of cryogenic separation of liquefied natural gas and heavy hydrocarbon and the effect elements;based on the analysis result of coal tar gained from pyrolysis,it suggests a technology that adopts the suspension bed hydrogenation process to transfer the heavy oil and asphalt of coal tar into light distillate.Through the coal tar hydrogenation test,the reaction temperature,catalyst,hydrogen oil ratio and the influence of LHSV to hydrogenation effect.There is a test study based on the semi-coke forming from pyrolysis to observe the strength,cost and waterproof of the semi-coke forming with different adhesive agent and waterproof agent.
