| The performance of hydraulic support concentrate can be affected greatly by liquid distribution quality. China has a large territory, and the liquid distribution quality is complex and changeable, so it is high time to accelerate the technology updating of liquid distribution quality and carry out research on a general hydraulic support concentrate to adopt the changeable liquid distribution quality in China.This paper analyzed the general situation and quality of water in China's typical mining area, Through QSAR of organic carboxylic acid derivatives, vegetable oil organic carboxylic acid with green and excellent lubrication was elected; hydrophilic sulfonic group resisting to hard water was led into its molecule; then neutralize with ethanolamine;multi-functional additive of lubrication and rust protection resisting to extra high water was composed. Based on this, efficient anti-rust agent resisting to high salinity anions was reformulated; the system was balanced, and general concentrate of hydraulic support was designed.Tested by a third party, all the features of our product met the standard requirements. Selected typical products in the industry to research the effect anion concentration had on the anti-rust performance of concentrate in this paper. The result showed that the product in this paper had a good ability of high salinity water resistance. The product in this paper is with excellent hard water resistance and corrosion inhibition properties and has been used in mining areas with poor water quality like north mining of Shenxin Energy Wudong, etc, which all function well. |
