With the rapid development and wide application of fracturing measures,fractuting has become an important measure in increasing productivity and augmented injection of oil and gas reservoir.Fracturing fluid is an important part of the fracturing technology and an important technology to oil and gas well reservoir stimulation.It palyed an important role in enhancing the oil recovery and improving water injection conditions.It has great significance in developing advanced technology of fracturing fluid reservoir exploration in China.In the process of hydraulic fracturing,fiber fracturing fluid is adding insoluble fiber material in the preparation of the fracturing fluid,so that making it with the proppant into the formation.Before fracturing fluid flowback,fiber as a component of fracturing fluid can make pressure fracturing fluid has superior carring prppant performance under low viscosity while achieving lower carrying fracturing fluid loss,strengthen and support created fracture crack;when flowback fibers remain in the ground,become enhanced proppant material to play the dual role of prevent sand and improve yield.Fiber fracturing fluid carrying sand with good performance of easy flowback,low damage,good conductivity and so on.This article studied six different kind of fibers(#1,#3,#4,#7,#8,#11).We have studied the compatibility,type,concentration,length,biodegradable,carrying sand,conductivity and other aspects of six different fibrous materials.We selected hydroxypropyl guar gum GJ as a thickening agent,GJ-1 as a crosslinking agent,which was researched by Langfang Filial of Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration and Development of PetroChina of.By evaluating carrying sand and rheological properties of different fiber fracturing fluid formulations,we selected good proppant carrying ability and good temperatue and shear resistance properties of fracturing fluid.Adding fiber to the fracturing fluid can save construction costs and reduce the amount of thickening agent without affecting the fracturing fluid system sand-carrying effect.Experimental results showed that the optimized 11#fibers in the fracturing fluid base fluid had good dispersion speed and good suspension performance;fiber length is more suitable in the range of 8mm?12mm,and it can significantly improve the sand-carrying effect;the choice of appropriate fiber concentration is 0.4%?0.6%;at 90 ?.the fiber can be completely degraded with no residue remains in 12h.Rheological tests show that at 90 ?.the viscosity of thickener concentration of 0.25%fiber-containing fracturing fluid meet the construction requirements after continuous shear.Add the fiber material to the cellulose solution and slippery water solution can significantly improve the carrying capacity.By measuring the critical velocity method of sand proppant pack stability,we came to a conclusion that the fiber proppant filling layer can enhance the stability of proppant pack,which can provide basis on selection of flowback rate after fiber fracture.
