For the chemical process,the improvement of the chemical process and steady state optimization for the production process are two effective ways to improve the economic benefits.The fomer from the perspective of chemical technology,through the continuous exploration of the process,and then the upgrading of the device,resulting in the improvement of the ideal production efficiency and economic benefits of the plant is huge.But from the cost up to consider,chemical process itself is a long process,often need to accumulate experience and research of operating personnel,engineers and researchers for a long time,is a long-term work,secondly,bring on the basis of the device upgrade is often a huge increase in the cost of.Compared with the improvement of the process,the steady-state optimization of the production process is a fast and effective means.He doesn't need to understand the production process,and do not need to change the existing equipment conditions,only by changing the steady-state operating point to improve the production efficiency,is a very versatile,technology and high application value.As a kind of steady state optimization method,the correlation integral optimization has been studied by many predecessors.It has the following points:it can be optimized without modeling;it has strong anti?interference ability and strong robustness.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to summarize the previous research,and further explore on the basis of this study:Firstly,this paper summarizes the principle of the correlation integral,and describes the implementation of the algorithm,including recursive algorithm,gradient estimation method and optimization algorithm.Secondly,make certain exploration on research and application of correlation integral,integral optimization related to limitations of the method in the nonlinear and no-Gauss process under the condition of the traditional:firstly,using the Volterra series as a mathematical tool,the nonlinear case of feasibility research;secondly,aiming at the disturbance associated with variable tuning the situation,the adaptive disturbance estimator is used to estimate the mean disturbance compensation structure,optimization variables on the mean gradient calculated by the least squares method,and modified tuning variables,ensure that the target function in the optimization process converges to the optimal value.Again,as another application of this paper,mainly for methane chloride(CMS)study of operation optimization of multi chlorination reactor,including the simulation software in a continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR)for simulation model module,and chlorination reactor production device for fluoride in the company the industrial application research.Finally,the correlation integral principle as the foundation,the development of CIM-Tuner multi variable optimization control system,this paper has carried on the introduction,including:system configuration,communication scheme,software structure,and software modules.
