In order to investigate the synthesis and molding process of ZSM-35 zeolite catalyst,the catalytic performance of the catalyst was measured by a fixed bed continuous flow reactor.As the ZSM-35 catalyst in the synthesis has been a breakthrough,the experimental focus on the catalyst molding conditions and the impact on the catalytic performance.The influence of binder and peptizer on the performance of the catalyst and the modification of the catalyst were investigated through a series of experiments to ensure that the catalyst had good catalytic performance.As the synthesis of ZSM-35 catalyst is complicated,it takes a long time and the preparation amount is small.In order to improve the efficiency,the molding conditions and catalytic performance of the ZSM-35 catalyst are investigated.The effect of binder,peptizer and so on on the strength of molecular sieves was investigated by using the ZSM-35 molecular sieve with a large Si/Al ratio of 20.The experiment showed that the binder was aluminum phosphate or SB powder in the role of nitric acid,the formation of the catalyst can achieve the strength of production requirements.Through the study,to determine the basic conditions for the formation of molecular sieve:SB powder or aluminum phosphate use 25%,water and powder than 0.5,the use of plastic solvent within 10%,Tianjing powder use 3%,squeeze forming.In this study,the use of aluminum phosphate,SB powder catalyst test comparison found that the use of SB powder catalyst performance is more excellent.In order to investigate the effect of HNO3 on the catalyst performance,this paper selected three points:1%,2.5%and 5%.In order to improve the catalytic performance,the catalyst is subjected to steam treatment and acid treatment.In this paper,the effects of the modified treatment of sodium,hydrogen and ammonia on the performance of the catalyst were investigated.We know that the molecular sieve powder used is ammonia molecular sieve,the molecular sieve first after 550 ?hydrothermal treatment,followed by acid treatment,washing,drying,and SB powder by 4:1 mass ratio,the amount of glue?nitric acid?for 2.5 wt%,extruded.The performance of the catalyst after hydrothermal treatment at 450 ? after calcination is excellent.
