In recent years,as the process of industrialization in China has been gradually accelerated, the pollution of heavy metals and their compounds is becoming more and more serious.Lead ions are a heavy metal pollutant because of their persistence and breadth.Lead ion pollution on the body of great harm, even if the trace of lead ions into the body, but also because of long-term accumulation and lead to a variety of diseases. Therefore,it is a practical research direction to find a method to accurately and quickly detect trace heavy metals.Electrochemical detection method is a rapid and accurate trace heavy metal detection method, the key of which is to modify and modify the electrode material, improve the enrichment of trace lead ions, and get a lower detection limit. At present, many materials are using glassy carbon electrode as the matrix, but the cost of glassy carbon electrode is high, which is not conducive to the general promotion. Therefore, this paper has found the foamed nickel electrode as the electrode material for this research. The foamed nickel electrode has very Low price, can achieve the standard of universal testing, for lead ion pollution can play a very good containment. In this paper, from the two aspects of the acidic system and the alkaline system, the peak current density and the peak area integral are taken as the measurement standard, and the multi-angle and all-round rapid detection of trace lead ions is completed. The details are as follows:1.In the acidic system, the foamed nickel electrode was prepared by using the foamed nickel electrode as the working electrode, and the electrochemical properties of the nickel foam and the bismuth film were studied. The detection of trace lead ions showed that the bismuth oxide foam nickel electrode had more prominent electrochemical performance than the bare foam nickel electrode, and the detection limits of lead ions were 0.35 ?mol/L and 6 nmol/L,respectively,and showed good Linear relationship.2.In the alkaline system, the foamed nickel electrode was prepared by using the foamed nickel electrode as the working electrode, and the electrochemical properties of the nickel foam and the bismuth film were studied. The detection of trace lead ions showed that the bismuth oxide foam nickel electrode had more prominent electrochemical performance than the bare foam nickel electrode, and the detection limits of lead ions were 0.02 ?mol/L and 0.3 nmol/L,respectively,and showed good Linear relationship. In the alkaline system, the bismuth film foam nickel electrode exhibits more prominent electrochemical performance than the acidic system.3.In the alkaline system, the use of glassy carbon electrode as the working electrode, the preparation of bismuth film working electrode. The electrochemical performance was studied. The concentration of trace lead ions was detected by cyclic voltammetry from oxidation and reduction.
