Tread rubber is one of the important components of the tire, it not only requiries to have high elasticity, high tensile strength, good fatigue resistance, anti-slippery performance and low rolling loss, but also requiries good wear resistance and aging resistance. Therefore, the study of rubber and coordinate systems have important significance for China's tire industry and transportation industry. This paper, the application of isoprene rubber (IR) instead of natural rubber (NR) in tire tread rubber was first studied, the appropriate NR/IR ratio was geted. Then the influence of differet coordinate systems of NR/IR/BR/SBR composites were studied.NR/IR/BR/SBR composites were prepared by mechanical blending. The influence of blending ratio of NR/IR on vulcanization properties, mechanical properties, abrasion resistance and dynamic mechanical properties were studied. The scorch time (t10) and the vulcanization time (t90) of the blend were increased after added IR, the aging resistance, compression set performance and dynamic mechanical properties were improved, wear resistance performance changeed little.The influence of different silica/carbon black on the vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties, abrasion resistance, anti-wear properties and dynamic mechanical properties of NR/IR/BR/SBR composites were studied. When silica/carbon black was 10/50, the hardness, tear strength, anti-fatigue performance and wet resistance were improved. Afer sulfur/DCP/TAIC was added, the t10 was extend, the t90 was shorten; The tensile strength, tear strength, heat aging resistance,compression set performance and flexion cracking performance were improved. Afer the appropriate amount of OMMT(4phr) was added, the vulcanization was promoted,the mechanical properties, wear resistance, heat resistance and dynamic mechanical properties were improved. XRD and SEM resulted show that some of the rubber molecular chains entered the OMMT lamina and formed an intercalated dispersion of uniform nanocomposites.
