In this paper the polyaniline?PANI?thin film was prepared by anodic oxidation method on a stainless steel substrate.And then the preparation of the PANI/Cu2O composite membrane and the PANI/Cu2O/Mo S2 composite film which were used as cathode material for photoelectrocatalysis were carried out with PANI thin film as base by the constant current cathodic reduction method respectively.Meanwhile,response surface analysis was applied to optimize the technics of the PANI/Cu2O composite membrane and the PANI/Cu2O/MoS2 composite film.In addition,the TiO2 thin film were prepared by using anodic oxidation method on the substrate of titanium.Then the TiO2/PANI composite film as anode material for photoelectrocatalysis was producted by electrochemical modification polyaniline on the TiO2 thin film.X-ray diffractometer?XRD?,transmission electron microscope?TEM?,environmental scanning electron microscope?ESEM?,infrared analyzer and UV-VIS diffuse analyzer were used to characterize the as-obtained material.Ac impedance spectrum,time–current curve?i-t?,linear polarization curve?LSV?and cyclic voltammograms?CV?were carried out to study the photoelectric catalysis performance of the as-synthesized material.Moreover,the ability for the reduction of carbon dioxide of the as-obtained cathode material-anode material were studied by one reaction tank and two reaction tanks respectively.The experimental results show that:?1?The best process conditions for the PANI/Cu2O composite membrane were as follows:the deposition temperature is 60?,the current density is 2mA/cm2 and the pH is 10.There is bonding interaction between PANI and Cu2O.The Cu2O film is consisted by polycrystalline and tri-prism model;the PANI/Cu2O composite membrane is composed with nanotubes.The photoelectric conversion ability and the electronic transmission capacity of the PANI/Cu2O composite membrane which has catalytic properties for the reduction of carbon dioxide is better than the Cu2O film.?2?The best process conditions for the PANI/Cu2O/Mo S2 composite membrane were as follows:the deposition temperature is 60?,current density is 2m A/cm2,MoS2concentration is 1.5g/L.There is bonding interaction among PANI,Cu2O and MoS2.The PANI/Cu2O/MoS2 composite membrane is composed with pyramids.The photoelectric conversion ability and the electronic transmission capacity of the PANI/Cu2O/Mo S2composite membrane which has catalytic properties for the reduction of carbon dioxide is better than the Cu2O film.?3?The TiO2 prepared by anodic oxidation is anatase type.There is bonding interaction between PANI and TiO2.The TiO2/PANI composite membrane whose the forbidden band width is narrower than that of TiO2 is composed with column nanotubes and the surface of composite membrane is porous.It can make use of ultraviolet and visible light.What's more,it has photoelectric catalysis performance for dye degradation.?4?There is formaldehyde in the products coming from the reduction of carbon dioxide using the PANI/Cu2O composite membrane as cathode and Pt as auxiliary electrode.After photoelectric reduction CO215 hours,the concentration of formaldehyde is 885.885?g/L.There is methanol in the products coming from the reduction of carbon dioxide using the PANI/Cu2O/MoS2 composite film as cathode and TiO2/PANI composite film as anode.After photoelectric catalytic reduction of carbon 5 h,the concentration of methanol in cathode chamber is 695.268?g/mL and the degradation rate of methyl orange in anode chamber was 21.36%.
