When the ball mill works normally,because there is friction between the grinding ball and the inside cylinder of the ball mill,then the grinding ball can be promoted to a certain height and then fallen off,and then the grinding ball crushed to the materials at a certain speed to shatter the materials,in the process of sliding the grinding ball gives the material of the main grinding effect.In this article,I use the laboratory ball mill as the research object to establish a three-dimensional finite element model for analyzing,the study is from two main aspects of static and dynamic analysis,and has very important theoretical significance and practical value in the manufacture and application of ball mill.In theory,there has a study for the movement rule of grinding ball of ball mill,through calculation and analysis,the falling angle ? of the grinding ball is associated with the rotating speed of ball mill,and the position of the falling point also changes with the rotational speed of the ball mill,the falling down angle has the direct ratio of the falling angle.In statics,under the inertial load and external load,calculate the equivalent stress and maximum shear stress and strain of the ball mill cylinder and its assembly body,and check the static strength the cylinder assembly body.In dynamics,modal analysis concluded that the first-eight frequency and the expansion of modal characteristics and verified the ball mill under operating frequency can be safety avoided the resonance region.Using finite element analysis software ANSYS and contact impact analysis software LS-DYNA to simulate and analysis the impact abrasive wear process of cylinder,through the analysis and calculation results to verify the characteristics of impact abrasive wear,analysis the collision deformation that may occur according to the analysis on the mechanics properties of the materials;Use ANSYS LS-DYNA to analysis the frictional contact between the grinding ball and the cylinder of the ball mill,and get the sliding friction contact stress and sliding deformation of the cylinder.Through Parametric optimization analysis for the thickness of the cylinder by Workbench,on the condition of meet the normal use of the ball mill,reduce the thickness of the cylinder,lighten the quality of the cylinder,reduce the cost.
