Consider the Screening and Preparation catalyst for catalytic oxidation of Propane and liquid paraffin to corresponding acrylic acid.Therefore,it is necessary to synthesis Mo VNb TeO and Mo VTe Nb Ni O catalysts for catalytic oxidation of propane to acrylic acid;synthesis V2O5/ZSM-5 as catalyst for selective oxidation of liquid paraffin to fatty acid.The catalytic performance of those catalysts were studied and the properties of those catalysts were studied by SEM?EDX?XRD?XPS?H2-TPR?NH3-TPD?and FT-IR,the research may provide certain reference and guidance for the development of Screening and Preparation catalyst.The specific content as follows:(1)These findings suggested that the obtained catalyst containing Mo VNb Te O(elemental ratio Mo:V:Nb:Te=1:0.3:0.12:0.23)by slurry method possessed of high content of active phase and exhibited a high acrylic acid yield under a calcination temperature of 600? and in an inertia atmosphere.The effects of reaction temperature,gas atmosphere C3H8/O2 ratio and dosage of catalyst on ability of Mo VNb Te O in oxidation of propane to acrylic acid were investigated.The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 400 ?,the dosage of catalyst was 0.4 g,the gas atmosphere C3H8/O2 ratio was 2:3,the acrylic acid was obtained and the performance was optimal,exhibited a 16.1%acrylic acid yield(50.1% conversion and 33.2% selectivity).(2)In the research on modification of Mo VTeNb O,Te element mainly selective effect in the Mo VTeNb O catalytic oxidation of propane to acrylic acid.The Mo1V0.3Te0.23Nb0.12Ni0.008 O catalyst is the more effective and extremely active than others,which exhibited a 17.9% acrylic acid yield(51.9% conversion and 34.5% selectivity).(3)The Mo VNb O only act as catalysis in the process of selective oxidation of liquid paraffin to fatty acid,the main catalysis element was V in Mo VNb O.Hence,Ammonium vanadate as raw material,ZMS-5 as carrier,the V2O5/ZSM-5was prepared by coprecipitation method,and the V2O5/ZSM-5 and oxygen wereused as catalyst for selective oxidation of liquid paraffin to fatty acid.The results show that the optimal conditions for preparing fatty acid are at 150 ?,8 h,0.1 g catalyst and oxygen atmosphere.As a result,the acid number was 17.33 mg(KOH)/g,the saponification number was 33.52 mg(KOH)/g. |
