The rapid development of the Internet led to the rise of e-commerce,in order to seize the market, more and more enterprises have to establish online channel to sell products. However, with the increasing deterioration of the natural environment, frequenting extreme weather and global warming,Governments and consumers are highly concerned about environmental issues.“The People's Republic of China Environmental Protection Tax Law” and the brewing carbon tax policy are sufficient to prove the government's determination to rectify the environment. In this context, enterprises not only bear the pressure of competition between multiple channels, but also bear the pressure of government environmental policy and consumers' environment awareness. Therefore, this paper studies the influence of the carbon tax and consumers' environment awareness on the decision-making of the members of the dual-channel supply chain, and provides the theoretical basis for the decision-making of the manufacturers, retailers and the government.Based on the research status at home and abroad, this paper mainly adopts mathematical modeling, theoretical analysis, and numerical analysis method to research.First of all, this paper focuses on three typical dual-channel supply chain models: independent competition dual-channel,retailer's dual-channel and manufacturer's dualchannel. The demand function and the profit function of the three models are established respectively. The stackelberg game method is used to solve the mathematical expressions of the pricing, profit and carbon emission of the three dual-channel supply chain models. The second aspect is researching the carbon tax and consumers' environment awareness impact of the optimal per-unit carbon emission, retail price, wholesale price and profits, and comparing and analyzing the three kinds of supply chain structures of the optimal values. Finally, according to the results of the solution and analysis, the numerical analysis is carried out to verify the correctness of the conclusion.According to the results of theoretical and numerical analysis, the following three aspects conclusions are obtained: First, carbon tax and consumers' environment awareness will affect the manufacturer's carbon emissions strategy, but related to the type of manufacturer,If manufacturers are environmental protection, increasing carbon tax and consumers' environment awareness can promote carbon emissions. If manufacturers are dirty, increasing carbon tax and consumers' environment awareness cannot promote carbon emissions.Second,in pricing strategy, retail prices and wholesale price are positively related to carbon taxes, but are negatively to consumers' environment awareness.Lastly,in channel selection, retailers tend to cooperate with environmental protection manufacturers, and choose the retailer's dual-channel supply chain.Manufacturers tend to choose manufacturer's dual-channel supply chain firstly, followed by independent competition dual-channel supply chain.
