The on-line measurement of the concentration and distribution of escape ammonia is of great significance to realize the optimization of flue gas denitrification,increase the utilization ratio of reducing agent,and reduce the discharge of pollutants.Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS)is a spectroscopic measurement technique of a new type of gas components,with high sensitivity,high accuracy,high spectral resolution and less susceptible to interference from other gases and other advantages,but also an important means of modern industrial monitoring of atmospheric trace gas,industrial gas leakage and high temperature exhaust gas.The TDLAS technique combined with two-dimensional tomographic imaging technology applied to industrial stock system in measuring the concentration distribution of ammonia escape and give full play to its advantages,to achieve non-contact real-time measurement.But in the practical application,it is also affected by the number of beams,the layout of the light path and the dust and other particles on the absorption and transmission of the laser.This paper is mainly based on near infrared tunable laser absorption tomography technology,monitoring technology and means of escape of ammonia concentration in industrial stock system.Bill's law of first inversion Lambeau gas concentration based on the theoretical calculation and selection of scanned wavelength direct absorption method as the experimental method.Secondly,using Matlab to construct two-dimensional numerical simulation model,the simulation of the optical arrangement and the influence of light on the imaging and effective way of processing the experimental data have significant guiding role analysis.In this paper,we design two kinds of multi light path plane absorption cell,considering the laser path,gas diffusion and other factors.Finally,build a two-dimensional short path gas concentration measurement experiment system in the laboratory,and the laser system and key equipment for the performance of calibration,completed the ammonia concentration measurement,and two-dimensional imaging was carried out according to the measured data,the experimental error was analyzed,the main limitation of the error mainly comes from the gas diffusion and the scanning wavelength range.
