| With the improvement of living quality of people,wine finds favor from the customers gradually,therefore the wine industry develops rapidly.The characteristic,customer-made and high quality wine is enjoyed especially,it provide good opportunity for the development of wine fort as well.At present,because of thin capital strength,the domestic wine fort makes wine mainly depending on the traditional spiral pressing equipment.However the traditional spiral pressing equipment is backward,many problems exist,and is unsuitable for the requirements for the development of high quality wine of domestic wine fort.Therefore the wine fort needs advanced pressing equipment and process for wine making.Adopting flexible pressing process,the bladder press is the new-type and large-scale pressing equipment which is the international mainstream around the world,it has excellent pressed juice quality,high automaticity and wide application.However it is of expensive price,only depending on importing.At present,it is only applied at the domestic large-scale winery.The domestic wine fort mainly makes characteristic wine with small batch,cannot accept the equipment with high price.Viewing on this current situation,the study designs the requirements of wine making of the win fort.It summarizes the development history of wine fort and wine pressing equipment,stating the existed problems of pressing equipment at present,expounding the research significance,sources,main research content and methods.It designs the structure of the bladder press and confirms the pressing process.PLC control system is adopted as the electromechanical control system for the bladder press.It designs the hardware system and software system.Simultaneously it adopts Solid Works software to model the key parts,such as shell of tank,sieve disk and body frame.Adopting simulation module,it makes static stress analysis.Modeling with CFD and analyzing the flow field within the air chamber of the bladder press,it obtains the influence factors of flow field to the pressing result.Adopting the method combined the test with simulation,it researches and designs the bladder press on domestication and miniaturization.It has completed the design of mechanical structure part,hardware part of electromechanical control system and software system part.It optimizes the structure of the bladder press,also conducts numeric simulation analysis on the flow filed in the air chamber,and lays foundation further of optimizing the equipment.Finally the result shows that the bladder press can realize the function of pressing and the structure is reasonable. |
