In this paper,the adsorption properties of activated sludge to dissolved organic matter in wastewater were studied.The main contents include the process of simulating A segment of AB method,and the adsorption performance and influencing factors of sludge in A segment of sucrose culture.Simulated conventional AAO process to study the changes in the adsorption capacity of sucrose and sodium lactate during the culture of activated sludge;The adsorption of dissolved organic matter in different sewage treatment plants was studied.At the same time,the adsorption of dissolved organic matter in sewage was studied by the activated sludge from Wulongkou Wastewater Treatment Plant in Zhengzhou City from July to December.The results indicated that:(1)The adsorption capacity of the activated sludge of A segment of sucrose culture is stronger,increasing the concentration of SCOD in the water intake,the adsorption capacity of activated sludge increases,but the removal rate decreases.The results indicated that the adsorption amount of sucrose medium sludge on sucrose liquid can reach 71.84mgSCOD/gMLSS,aeration on the regeneration of A segment activated sludge,when the length were 0,6,12 and 24 h,increase the adsorption capacity of sludge with sucrose solution,the maximum adsorption capacity of regenerated 6h aeration,sludge of sucrose with liquid for 66.53mgSCOD/gMLSS.(2)The dissolved organic matter adsorbed on the activated sludge are diluted by pure water,and the dissolved organic adsorbed on the activated sludge of A segment surface are easily desorption and the desorption quantities are 11.12mgSCOD/gMLSS.(3)The activated sludge of A segment of sucrose culture doesn't adsorb peptone,acetic acid and methanol,and the adsorption amount of glucose is 48.97 MgSCOD/gMLSS.Sucrose culture of A segment activated sludge adsorption of beer factory sewage,coking plant biochemical plant effluent,lactic acid plant sewage and Wulongkou city sewage,found that the sludge on the coking plant biochemical effluent and lactic acid plant wastewater dissolved organic matter is not adsorbed,The adsorption capacity of dissolved organic matter in the sewage of Longkou City and the brewery is 3.95 mgSCOD / gMLSS and 3.72 mg SCOD / gMLSS,less adsorption.(4)In AAO process,active sludge with sucrose solution culture in the process,the adsorption capacity of sucrose solution is 26.6mg SCOD / gMLSS in the early stage of sludge culture,after the continuous 10 domestication,the sludge adsorption capacity reaches 48.63mgSCOD/gMLSS,and the adsorption amount of the sodium lactate is not changed,the average adsorption amount is 5.24mgSCOD/gMLSS.The activated sludge was changed from sodium lactate to domestication,and the average adsorption amount of sucrose to the 48.97 mgSCOD/gMLSS decreased from the initial stage to 2.6mgSCOD/gMLSS in the process of successive 20 days of domestication.In the anaerobic adsorption experiment,the production of acetic acid,the concentration can reach 75.7mg/L,but in the consecutive 20 days of operation of acetic acid concentration gradually decreased,the late average concentration of 3.26mg/L;The average adsorption amount of activated sludge to sodium lactate was increased from 5.24mgSCOD/gMLSS to 13.76mgSCOD/gMLSS.It is shown that under the same conditions,the adsorption capacity of different dissolved organics is different,which leads to the difference of adsorption quantity,in order to improve the adsorption of the activated sludge to some soluble organic matter,the activated sludge can be domesticated separately with the organic matter.At the same time,hydrolysis acidification existed in anaerobic process.(5)The activated sludge of different sewage treatment plants has adsorption capacity of dissolved organics in their original water,but the adsorption ability is different.Beer Factory,lactic acid plant,coking plant,leather factory and the Dancheng city second sewage treatment plant activated sludge to the respective raw water dissolved organics adsorption capacity of 8.44,8.28,4.55,50.40 and 5.39 MgSCOD/gMLSS.(6)In January,Wulongkou domestic sewage treatment plant activated sludge to sucrose,peptone,glucose and Wulongkou sewage treatment plant in the water dissolved organic matters adsorption,adsorption capacity of 6.23,7.66,8.20 and 14.99 MgSCOD/gMLSS.(7)From July to December,the adsorption capacity of Wulongkou sludge to sucrose is changed greatly.In July and December,the adsorption capacity of activated sludge to sucrose solution is 62.94,26.6,25.36,13.02,6.61 and 3.11 mg SCOD / gMLSS,respectively.In July and December,the adsorption capacity of sludge to sucrose is decreased;The adsorption capacity of activated sludge in Wulongkou sewage treatment plant was little changed from 7 to 12 months,and the average adsorption capacity was 14.37 mgSCOD / gMLSS.This paper found that cultivation of different carbon sources with different absorption properties of microbial community and get a full test.Meanwhile,adsorption of dissolved organic matter on activated sludge is selective,different amount of adsorption of dissolved organic matter in sludge from a sewage treatment plant varied greatly.
