Statistical Analysis Of Coordination Between Economy And Environment In Gansu

The research on the coordinated development of economy and environment is a hot topic in ecological economics,Depth discussion on the relationship between the two helps us to understand the operation of the law of economic systems and environmental systems.The achievement of regional economic and environmental development of important guiding significance.Gansu Province,located in northwest China in the Tibetan Plateau,the Loess Plateau and Inner Mongolia plateau Interchange,narrow area,special geographical location,determine the vulnerability and diversity of ecological environment in Gansu Province,at the same time,it occupies an important strategic position for " the Belt and Road" of development process.Coordination of research on the economy and the environment in Gansu Province conducive to sustainable developmente,and for "the Belt and Road" implementation of the strategy is important.Therefore,based on the above thinking,this paper analysis conduct the dynamic and static analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis method.Firstly,the development characteristics of Gansu Province in recent decades economy and the environment were static,descriptive statistics,analyze the development of Gansu Province of the situation.Secondly,according to the index characteristic,using the smoothing transfer regression model to study the environmental impact of economic development dynamically,exploring the non-linear relationship between per capita GDP and the environment depthly.Finally,the 10 indicators were selected to build the economic subsystem and environmental subsystem,and environmental development of the economic situation of 2014,14 prefecture-level city in Gansu Province were analyzed,the results showed.First,the per capita GDP of Gansu Province has maintained steady growth,but the country's gap is increasing year by year,the irrational distribution of industrial structure is an important reason for this phenomenon.In addition,Gansu Province on the discharge of industrial wastewater has a good containment,the rate of change is relatively stable.Industrial emissions and generation of solid industrial waste gas increased year by year,the rate of change are volatile.Second,per capita GDP and per capita waste emissions existed nonlinear relations,economic development has a positive effect on per capita generation of solid industrial,and tended to increase.There is a positive "U" shaped relationship between per capita industrial emissions and per capita GDP,the turning point was in 2004,befor 2004,economic growth helps to reduce waste water discharge,after 2004,the economic development will increase industrial emissions emissions.Compared to industrial waste and industrial waste,industrial waste water in Gansu Province to curb emissions somewhat better,and in the period 2001 to2010,per capita GDP growth of per capita emissions of industrialwastewater impact factor of 0.2986,that is,per capita GDP a growth unit,the discharge of industrial waste water will be reduced by 0.2986 units.Third,we use a points system to coordinate the development of 14prefecture-level city in Gansu province were compared,Due to differences location and ecological environment,this paper proposes adopt measures suiting local conditions and develop local characteristics.Identify the higher level cities of the coordinated development,boosting the development of other prefecture-level city in Gansu province,while promoting the overall development of Gansu Province.
