| In recent years,the precision blanking technology is more and more widely used.The research of fine blanking technology is also a hot topic in the field of plastic forming,however,there is no specialized fine blanking experimental press for scientific and technological research.In order to serve the teaching and research better,on the basis of an existing fine blanking hydraulic die set in the school,a strong rigidity,high-precision independent guide four pillars fine blanking experimental press has been developed,which provides an experimental platform for the teaching and scientific research of fine blanking technology.Firstly,the structure and electro-hydraulic system of existing fine blanking hydraulic die set were introduced and analyzed in detail,according to the existing hydraulic fine blanking die structure features and action process,a general scheme of special fine blanking experimental machine with four pillars independent guidance,upper and lower beam four pillars structure,three power and motion independent modulation,and automatic detection of force and displacement was proposed.Secondly,the three-dimensional model of the independent guide four pillars fine blanking experimental press structure is established by using UG software,from the two aspects of 315 T rated loading and 350 T maximum load,the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate and analyze,the structural deformation data under different loads were obtained,and the stiffness and reliability of the main structure were analyzed and summarized.According to the demand of scientific research experiment,not only a complete set of control systems has been developed,which can realize two kinds of control modes,automatic and manual,but also linear displacement sensors and hydraulic pressure sensors were designed and selected,by means of electro-hydraulic proportional control,through the conversion of digital signals and current signals,and programmed with controllable programmer SIEMENS S7 series PLC,the main cylinder pressure and fine blanking displacement can be monitored in real time.Finally,the production and processing technology of the upper beam,the pillar and the lower beam of the press were designed,and the independent guiding four pillars fine blanking experimental press has been manufactured in association with the enterprise.Through the simulation analysis of the independent four pillars press structure,The stiffness and strength of the machine conform to the requirements of the research and development,the press has the advantages of simple structure and relatively low cost,andmeets the needs of the experimental study of the fine blanking field.It makes a certain contribution to the progress of fine blanking technology,and also can provide great engineering reference value for the market research and development of the four pillars fine blanking machine. |
