Bamboo is the most abundant and renewable forest resource except for wood.In this paper,a polyamine type anion adsorbent was prepared from bamboo powder obtained from bamboo residue. The results showed that the 0400mg/g Cr?VI?solution could reach the national emission standard after onestep treatment. The adsorption capacity was great. The maximum adsorption capacity of Cr?VI?adsorbent was 214.4mg/g,which was better than other biomass adsorbents. At the same time, the organic acid extraction and hydrogen peroxide whitening technology were used to extract bamboo fiber from bamboo powder. The whiteness of the bamboo fiber extracted was up to 92.5%,which was better than that of other bleaching processes. This paper provided data supportting for the resource utilization of bamboo?especially bamboo residues?.The natural bamboo powder with potassium permanganate oxidation treatment was dropped into DMF after washed and dried. With epichlorohydrin as etherification agent, diethylenetriamine as a cross-linking agent, triethylamine grafted,a Polyamine type anionic adsorbent was successfully preparated. The samples were characterized by FT-IR,TGA,XRD and SEM.The action conditions of the producing were optimized by single factor experimentes and orthogonal experimentes. The effects of adsorption conditions on Cr?VI?removal rate were also investigated. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of the adsorbents from the oxidized bamboo powder was better than that of the non-oxidized ones. The optimum conditions were as follows, the amount of epichlorohydrin was 12 ml,the amount of diethylenetriamine was 6ml,the amount of triethylamine was 8ml and the reaction temperature was 90?.The removal rate of 200 mg/L Cr?VI?was 99.94% with the adsorbent sample used. The adsorption rate of 400 mg/L Cr?VI?was 99.78%,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 214.4 mg/g.The adsorption effect was little affected by temperature, and lower pH favors the removal of Cr?VI?in aqueous solution.High whiteness bamboo fiber was obtained by the whole chlorine-free alkaline hydrogen peroxide bleaching technology from crude bamboo fiber. With the mild reaction conditions, easily recovered solvent, maximize use of raw materials and low cost, the organic acid extraction method was used to get crude bamboo fiberfrom the natural bamboo powder.FT-IR,TGA,XRD and SEM were used to characterize the samples. The optimal reaction conditions were selected by single factor optimization experiment, and the whole process was improved. The results showed more appropriate reaction conditions as follows during the process of formic acid/acetic acid/H2O2 treatment,V?formic acid?: V?acetic acid?was 40:60,solid-liquid ratio was 1: 10 g/m L,The amount of H2O2 was 9%,reaction temperature was 90?,reaction time was 2 h.On the other hand, the solid-liquid ratio should better be 1:10 g/ml,the amount of NaOH was 6%,the amount of H2O2 was 5%,the reaction temperature was 90?,the reaction time was 2h in the NaOH/H2O2 treatment.Alkaline saponification was carried out before alkaline hydrogen peroxide bleaching. The four-step process of AApDP was preferred with no lignin detected out in the product. The whiteness of the best product which had good internal structure was up to 92.5%.
