| The device of MOFs has become a popular research in the field of MOFs,due to the polymer chain smooth,easy to machining,so the functional MOFs-polymer composite materials research has received the widespread attention.Including MOFs membrane material has the characteristics of high efficiency,energy saving,economy,and the application range can be extended to liquid and some gas medium,such as membrane separation,fluorescent sensor etc,and especially pay attention to its development.In this paper,the preparation of the Ui O-66-NH2 crystals with polyurethane,after the modification of the double bond Ui O-66-NH2 with polysiloxane by chemical crosslinking of metal organic framework-polymer membrane materials,and studied the metal organic framework-polyurethane membrane material in wastewater of dye adsorption and separation performance,metal organic framework-polysiloxane crosslinked membrane as the membrane reactor in catalytic performance.In addition,this article will make the modificational MOFs with p H responsive polymer chains,and to use the MOF particles as the Pickering emulsion emulsifier,and to applied to the interface reaction of catalytic and separation.I.Using the functional group of Ui O-66-NH2 crystals with the isocyanate group of polyurethane,to obtain the chemical cross-linking membrane.And the metal organic framework-polyurethane crosslinking membrane for the malachite green,methylene blue and rhodamine B and eosin Y has different adsorption effection.Therefore,as a effective filtration membrane separates the eosin Y with methylene blue(and malachite green)mixture and rhodamine B with methylene blue(and malachite green)mixture.II.Using the surface modificational the double bond’s Ui O-66-NH2 crystals,through the thiol-double Click with polyethylene oxide containing mercapto silane reaction,get a metal organic framework-silane chemical crosslinking polyethylene oxide membrane.On this basis,the metal organic framework-silane chemical crosslinking polyethylene oxide membrane loads the gold nanoparticles,making it rich in precious metal catalytic ability.The metal organic framework-silane chemical crosslinking polyethylene oxide membrane and gold-metal organic framework-silane chemical crosslinking polyethylene oxide membrane applied to membrane reactors,it can catalyze p-nitrophenyl formaldehyde and malononitrile Knoevenagel condensation reaction andthe nitrophenol reduction for the reaction of amino phenol.III.After modification of the MOFs modificated double bond with p H responsive functional group of polymer chain,using imaging,infrared(IR),powder diffraction,thermogravimetric(TG)and transmission electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)test characterization of its structure,etc.Will the MOFs as Pickering emlusion particles emulsifiers,Pickering emulsion was prepared,and studied the interface catalysis and separation performance.Studies show that the design synthesis of metal organic framework-chemical crosslinking polymer membrane,Pickering emulsion based on metal organic framework,will be a very good both polymer and metal organic framework,makes the metal organic framework components,and studies have shown that this membrane in separation dye,organic catalysis with good performance,Above research work,the metal organic framework and the function of the polymer,for the metal organic framework device provides an effective method,and widen the application range of metal organic framework.. |
