China is a country with the characteristics of "lack of oil,less gas,relatively rich coal",How to maximize the effective use of coal resources and develop micro-row of clean coal technology to keep the economic and social sustainable development for the current sustained and rapid development of China's economy as well as the severe shortage of oil and natural gas resources at this specific time.The low-rank coal,including sub-bituminous coal and lignite accounts for about 45.68%of China's coal reserves,about 52.3 billion tons of proven reserves.Shendong coal is a representative low-rank bituminous coal with the character of high volatile,low ash and low sulfur,which is suitable for the development of modern coal chemical industry.TG-FTIR and powder-particle fluidized bed were used to analyzed the effects of the addition of liquefied residue on co-pyrolysis and the products distribution of Shendong coal and Shenhua Direct Coal Liquefied Residue,respectively.Additionally the effects of various components of Liquefaction Residue on co-pyrolysis were studied by TG-FTIR.The pyrolysis of Shendong coal and Direct Coal Liquefaction Residue were analyzed by TG-FTIR,and the effect of the amount of Liquefaction Residue on Shendong coal and the kinetic analysis of Pyrolysis process was also investigated.The results showed that adding Liquefaction Residue had a positive effect on the pyrolysis conversion rate of Shendong coal,with the highest conversion of adding 6.18%Liquefied Residue,up to 37.47%.Appropriate adding of liquefaction residue can play the best role of pyrolysis.Also I had studied the pyrolysis of the components in the liquefied residue on coal,which showed that the optimum co-pyrolysis component is the third component(PA),following by the first component(HS),the fourth component(THFIS)and the second component(A)at 800?.The rapid pyrolysis of Shendong coal and Liquefied Residue were studied by powder-particle fluidized bed pyrolysis experiment device.The effect of pyrolysis temperature on the pyrolysis of Shendong coal and the effect of the amount of liquefaction residue on Shendong coal were also investigated.It showed that the yield of tar increased and then decreased when the temperature increased;the gas yield monotonically increased;the char yield was gradually reduced and keep constant from 650? to 700?.The pyrolysis temperature in the co-pyrolysis experiment was set at 600?.In the process of co-pyrolysis,the yield of pyrolysis tar increased with the increase of Liquefaction Residue.The highest yield of is 17.65%with the 10%residue ratio,The pyrolysis of the char yield decreased with the increase of the amount of liquefied residue,with the lowest yield of 10%liquefied residue is the,accounting for 63.80%.
