The using of renewable biomass amygdalus pedunculata pall plant oil as feedstock catalytic refining fuel and chemicals not only could ease the energy crisis but also reduce carbon emission.Adjust the composition of fatty acid of vegetable oil through catalytic transfer hydrogenation.Because of the unique carbon structure,through olefin cross-metathesis get a-olefin and precursor of aviation fuel as products.Precursor of the aviation fuel through the process of catalytic hydrodeoxygenation get bio-jet fuel.The main research and conclusions are as follows:1)Using 3%Pd/C as catalyst for the reaction,react for 90 min at 70°C with 2 equivalent of ammonium formate,methyl oleate content in the product was 95.23%.2)Through the olefin metathesis experiment of vegetable oil methyl ester,open up a new utilization way for biomass energy.The research shows that the reactant reacts for 90min with 30mg catalyst at 40°C,the conversion of reactants was 93.48%contains 45.75%of 1-decene and 47.73%of methyl dec-9-enoate.3)Compare 1st and 2nd generation Grubbs'catalysts we found that the selective of 1st generation Grubbs'catalyst was better than 2nd,but the conversion of 2nd generation Grubbs'catalyst even better.4)Synthesis of Pt/ZSM-22 catalyst and application for the hydrodeoxygenation successfully transfer methyl decanoate into bio-jet fuel.The selective is 43%and keep the 50%conversion rate for 9 hours.Overall reaction process,the fully use of carbon in the feedstock conforms to atomic economy and green chemistry.
