Experimental Study On The Operation Parameters Of The CAST Integrated Equipment For The Treatment Of Domestic Sewage

This experiment uses the small CAST integrated wastewater treatment equipment to study the operation parameters which are suitable for the treatment of domestic sewage. The test object is domestic sewage. The sewage treatment test was conducted in 5 different working conditions, respectively, Volume load of 0.2 kg·m-3·d-1,2 mg·l-1 of dissolved oxygen, 2h of aeration time, Volume load of 0.4 kg·m-3 · d-1, 2 mg ·1-1 of dissolved oxygen, 2h of aeration time, Volume load of 0.4 kg·m-3·d-1,4 mg·1-1 of dissolved oxygen, 2h of aeration time,Volume load of 0.6 kg·m-3·d-1, 4 mg · 1-1 of dissolved oxygen, 2h of aeration time, Volume load of 0.6 kg·m-3·d-1,4 mg·l-1 of dissolved oxygen, 2.5h of aeration time.The experimental results show that (1)the turbidity and chromaticity of the sewage treated by CAST integrated equipment are significantly improved. The discharge ammonia nitrogen does not reach the level B emission standard, but the amount of ammonia nitrogen removal is large. (2)The CAST integrated equipment can reach the level B emission standard basically with the volume load of 0.2kg · m-3 ·d-1, the dissolved oxygen at 2 mg · l-1 or the volume load of 0.4kg ·m3·d-1(3)When the volume load respectively increased from 0.2 kg · m -3 d-1 to 0.4 kg·m-3 d-1 or from 0.4 kg·m-3 d-1 to 0.6kg·m-3d-1, it turns out to more water contaminants,when the dissolved oxygen increased from 2 mg·L-1 to 4 mg · L-1,it can significantly improve the removal of various pollutants.(4) Pollutants removal rate affected by parameters is small,the sewage disposal ability of the CAST integrated equipment can be evaluated from the amount of pollutant removal and determining whether drainage reaches the standard (5) The natural factors, the number of water personnel and the life law has a strong influence on the domestic water quality, CAST integration device can be adjusted on the basis of the condition of the personnel with water sewage treatment and operation cycle (6)The volume load and dissolved oxygen have a great influence on the treatment of sewage of CAST integrated equipment ,the system can run steady under high load, but the water quality is poorer, which can be improved by increasing dissolved oxygen or extending aeration time . In the following experiments, The operation parameters of the CAST integrated equipment can be improved if .the wastewater treatment experiment of different carbon and nitrogen ratio and different operating cycles can be carried out.
