In this paper,the novel sulfonated polyether sulfone(SPES)nanofiltration membrane is prepared via manual coated method.Changing drying temperature and adding additive are utilized to modify the as-prepared membrane.With the drying temperature increasing,the rejection of the as-prepared nanofiltration membrane increases and flux decreases.Changing drying temperature from 50? to 40?,the rejection of NaCl and Na2SO4 decreases from 93.2% to 58.1%,98.7% to83.1%,respectively,while the flux of NaCl and Na2SO4 increases more than 3 times.Moreover,the rejection of dyes of as-prepared membrane dried at 40? is all above 98%.Owing to increasing drying temperature narrowing the average pore sizes of skin layer,the average diameters of the as-prepared nanofiltration membrane dried at 40? and 50? are 5.08 nm and1.51 nm,respectively.Due to excellent hydrophilicity and lower roughness,the as-prepared nanofilration membrane dried at 40? and 50? all owned superior autipollution of humic acid,alginic acid.The effect of additive concentration and drying tempreture on the microstructure of nanofiltration membrane were investigated by scanning electron microscope and atomic force microscope,and the hydrophilic of nanofiltration membrane was characterizated.
