Pulse-jet dust-cleaning fabric filter,as one of the most common dust collector,has been widely used in industries cause it has so many virtues such as highly aspirating efficiency,high efficiency of dust-cleaning and so on.But there are many problems to be solved such as nonuniform dust-cleaning and higher running resistance,so its necessary to research and design a fabric filter of high dust-cleaning efficiency and lower resistance.The control variables of the experiment are pulse-jet time,pulse-jet pressure and drainage tube.The acceleration of the fabric and volume of the drainage gas were determined as the characteristic parameters of the dust-cleaning efficiency,We can analyze and summarize the influence of changing pulse-jet time,pulse-jet pressure on the dust-cleaning efficiency by measuring the acceleration of the fabric.We can make a conclusion that taking out the venturi of filter can reduce 50% structure resistance of filter;the higher pulse-jet pressure,the higher dust-cleaning efficiency;the shorter pulse-jet time,the higher dust-cleaning efficiency;Instal ing venturi in the filter can increase 40% of dust-cleaning efficiency;The designed drainage tube can increase 30%-108% volume gas of drainage gas and increase 10% of dust-cleaning efficiency.Based on the conclusion of the experiment,we can design a pulse-jet dust-cleaning fabric filter of high-efficiency dust-cleaning and low-running resistance. |
