Modifying PVDF ultrafiltration membranes by the immersion precipitation phase catalysis(NIPS)method.Preparation and discussed the PMMA,amphiphilic polymers and graphene effect on the performance of the PVDF ultrafiltration membranes,respectively.The particular study results are as follows:First of all,polytetrahydrofuran diacrylate(PTMGDA)was made by the esterification reaction between polyethylene tetrahydrofuran(PTMG)and acryloyl chloride.Using PTMGDA and PEGMA blending modification of polyvinylidene fluoride membranes by the in situ radical polymerization reaction.Experimental data shows that after adding PTMGDA and PEGMA monomer,the pure water flux of the PVDF ultrafiltration membranes has increased up to 60Lm-1.h-1 but after adding AIBN by in situ radical polymerization reaction,the pure water flux of the membrane is decreased slowly.However,with the increase of the content of the PTMGDA and PEGMA,the pure water flux is up to 60 Lm-1.h-1.With the increase of monomer content,membrane hydrophilic enhanced and mechanical performance both improved.Secondly,the PVDF membrane is modified by using the PMMA,discussed the synergy of PMMA and PVP when modification of PVDF membrane.Experimental data shows that after adding PMMA and PVP,the viscosity of the PVDF solution has increased,the gel rate of the casting solution was accelerated at the same time.After add into the PMMA,the pure water flux of polyvinylidene fluoride membrane has increased to 400 Lm-1.h-1,and SEM results show that the membrane can form a big finger pore structure after adding PMMA and PVP,the hydrophilicity of PVDF membrane is improved at the same time.Finally,modifying the mechanical performance and other comprehensive performance of the PMMA-PVDF membrane by using graphene.Discussed the impact that adding different amount of graphene for PMMA-PVDF membrane performance.Experimental data shows that after adding graphene,the mechanical performance of the PVDF membrane became better,the dynamic contact angle of the PVDF membrane and the water decreasd and the inner pore structure of PVDF membrane is changed by adding the graphene.
