With the improvement of people's living standards,people's concerns for the medical treatment of various diseases has greatly increased,and the death of the global population of cancer accounted for 7.6 million deaths(about 13%),almost 13 million cancer cases were diagnosed each year,death is expected to increase.In 2030,It is estimated to reach 13.1 million.In contrast to conventional cancer treatment options that are chemotherapy,radiotherapy and surgery,etc.,Therea are greatly need to find a better treatment for cancer effectively,efficiently,and affordable for patients in a global world.Photodynamic therapy as a means of minimally invasive treatment of tumors,attracting more and more attention.This study was to synthesize a pH-responsive two-photon fluorescent drug carrier for photodynamic therapy.In this article,the single-molecule conjugated polymer micelles with two-photon fluorescence can be obtained by the cross-coupling method,after the synthesis of the single-molecule conjugated polymer micelles and then connecte with the sensitizer chlorin Ce6.Firstly,HCP@HPMHOs-Ce6 were characterized by 1H-NMR,?IR UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.The single-molecule conjugated polymer micelles with carboxyl groups and Ce6 groups were obtained.Secondly,The particle size of HCP@HPMHOs-Ce6 was measured by dynamic light scattering,and its particle size was observed by transmission electron microscopy(SEM).Thirdly,we measured the HCP@ HPMHOs-Ce6 two-photon photon fluorescence single-state oxygen output contrast,and using MTT method to characterize its inhibitory effect on tumor cells,we found that under the two-photon light the fluorescence resonance energy transfer makes Photosensitizer to produce the largest amount of singlet oxygen,making the tumor cells up to half of the fastest cell apoptosis,resulting in a pH-responsive intelligent photodynamic treatment of tumor cells photosensitizer carrier material.
